This being the historic 1st fast food chain in America ???????? after the great depression deserves all of our attention! The... "sliders" are a mainstay for my taste buds. Hey now I'm from Chicago IL and never have I ever had customer service with White Castle be so wonderful. See what happen is an... item in my order was wrong which was no problem, because the young woman April showed so much empathy and sympathy towardsmaking sure my order was all their with a smile on. I wasn't happy about the food I was given at the drive thru. The new burger ???? was soggy and really disgusting. And I got... about 20 new fries on top of greasy nasty fries. Honestly I threw it all n the trash and won't b wasting my hard earned moneythere ever again. Read more
It was fresh, fast, and friendly service. I was never a fan of White Castle until lately. At this location they get it right... everytime for us. And the orders are hot and crispy! I could become a fan. Keep up the good work Kokomo. Read more
I've been eating at this White????Castle location in Kokomo, Indiana, for soooooo many years, since the way, way, way back time,... when I was just a little child...?????? This location has always been solid in service and food quality...???????? Sometimes itmay take them a while depending on how busy they are and how big the orders might be, but that's no complaint...????...becauserest assuredly that the staff is hard at work on keeping up and preparing the next batch of Sliders to fill up yourCrave????Case...???????? Can't get it in Michigan, gotta come to IN! Fish slider, chicken & waffles, original slider. The fish slider was AMAZING. I... haven't found a better fish sandwich than the filet-o-fish until now. It's too bad it's tiny. I didn't even put on theincluded tartar sauce. The chicken & waffles was excellent as well. The bacon, waffles, crispy chicken... *chef's kiss* I hadordered 2 of the original w/cheese; I received one normal and 1 with jalapeño cheese. I was pleasantly surprised with theaccidental order. Will not be back! I love White Castle but I will never return to this location. Our order came to over $34 for 3 people & the... food was horrible! The hamburgers/cheeseburgers were overcooked, dried out, cold, like they had been sitting there for a while,not fresh cooked which they should have been being as we had to wait about 20 minutes for our order & there was only 1 othercustomer in the restaurant and they were waiting on their order when we walked in. The buns on the sandwiches were hard & theonion chips were overcooked, hard & cold. We didn't have time to take our order back up to the server & complain as we were on alimited schedule that day.
