The wait wasn't very long to get in however they overcooked our fried pickles and had to redo them then the roadkill my wife... ordered was overcooked. Then it took over 25 minutes for our waitress to figure out our bill and get it back to us. Don't knowexactly what the issue was but definitely was dissatisfied. Read more
Facility was not the cleanest for a fairly new building. Service was mediocre. Food was good to great, which almost made up for... service/wait staff inefficiencies. Daughters chicken nuggets were like pieces of breaded scraps. They did bring out some grilledchicken to replace after everyone else was done eating. Customer Service needs help. Read more

5 July, 2022. We’ve never had such poor quality food at a Texas Roadhouse before. There were parts of other meals on our... plate. I paid extra to have my under cooked steak smothered with sautéed onions and mushrooms, but they were barely warmed up.Got loaded steak fries that looked and tasted as if they were 2 days old and reheated in a microwave. We ordered the world’ssmallest country fried chicken, I mean country DRIED chicken, there was nothing left to it, I could have crumbled it into afine dust. We had cheddar cheese in our Caesar salad. The dip for the blooming onion needed stirred, I’m not sure what was wasfloating on top, there also must be some sort of shortage because they hardly put any in the cup. The manager was busy which isfine, but we would have waited to speak with him, instead they sent the greasiest guy from the back to assure us our food iscooked properly. I very obviously have two perfectly functioning eyes, maybe I just needed to squint, I’m not sure. Themanager put a local hero discount on our check for 20% off our meal. If they would have asked, we would have gotten thosediscounts anyways, but it’s the thought that counts I suppose. I’m not one to really complain but cmon, absolutelyunacceptable. Very disappointed to say the least. We left our full plates at the table and paid for our meal. No doggy bag oranything, my poor dog deserves better that. I've frequented this????Texas????Roadhouse????location in Kokomo, Indiana, since way back in the day when I was a young... teen...?????? This location sometimes isn't perfect when it comes to wait time, along with poor quality service and timemanagement...but I digress...???????? Nevertheless, outta all the times I've been here to this particular location over theyears, there have been a handful of bad experiences, but in the long run, generally overall, it's usually a goodexperience...???????? The food is very excellent, and overall this is my most favorite????steakhouse????establishment outta anybased on price and food quality, it's very yummy...???????? Read more
We had an awesome experience at Texas Roadhouse. We hadn't been here since pre covid. Great service by attentive waitress. We... ordered sampler appetizer, beer, Margherita, New York Strip Steak with baked sweet potato & ceasar salad & double pork chopswith veggies & tossed salad. We got to reserve our seat today. It is very packed. Our food looked amazing at first. And I was dying to eat the shrimp! I love... Texas roadhouse shrimp! But I'm so sad to find they didn't devein my shrimp 100% and it tasted burnt. And the steak tasted justas it would if my family were to make it. I'm a bit disappointed actually. I went for a birthday party, and to begin, we got an onion blossom that was cold. I had to send it back, and they brought a new... one that was fresh and hot. Now, the waiter did a great job. But here is where things got bad. I got the 14 Oz Porter housesteak with mushrooms and corn and rice. The steak and the corn and mushrooms were very cold to the point they did take it off,but I left hungry because the wait was very long anyway for the food to come. Then the ribs my girlfriend got was freezing alsoshe ate two small pieces and when the manager came we told her but all she said was sorry to hear that. Then my sons chicken wasburnt.
