Lobby is closed due to staffing shortages which is understandable. I stopped by on my motorcycle and asked an employee if they... could still take my order because I couldn't go through drive thru on my motorcycle. Said they would only take an order if Iordered in a mobile order, and since I did not have my phone with me I was unable to get anything. Other places in town likecone palace have had the same issue with staffing and were still accommodating of customers on motorcycles unable to use thedrive thru. Really poor customer service. Didnt have the cream base needed to make anything with vanilla. So when I tried to order the only drink I like, Vanilla Bean... Frappe, I was told they dont have the ingredients for it. So I walked out. Read more

Please keep your items on your mobile order menu updated! It has been telling me you're sold out of cold brew and the Paradise... Drink for almost a month ...that doesn't seem correct. I like coming to this starbucks because it's on my way to work but somany times your mobile order menu is not correct so I end up going to the McDonald's across the way. Please fix. Read more

I went there a few days ago, they weren?t busy at all. I have not had the best experience with this Starbucks or the Markland... mall one. I totally recommend this Starbucks because I was only in the drive through for about 15 minutes. When I ordered adrink I was wanting they explained that they were out of a certain item. I work fast food as well so I get it. However, they didtell me what they had. They were very friendly. I got to the window and they had a smile on their face and had my drinks madequickly. I don?t recommend the Markland Starbucks because they?re not as friendly as this one. Read more

As a vegetarian diabetic I have to be careful about what I eat and drink (especially when I'm eating out). I've found several... options at Starbucks that meet my needs. The egg and cheese protein pack, the chickpeas nuggets protein pack, and the impossiblebreakfast sandwich (with only 1 bun) are good choices and taste delicious! As far as drinks, my old drink of choice was acaramel macchiato with an extra shot or two, no whip. Of course, as a type 1 diabetic I can't have that anymore. So, now I drinka sugar-free caramel or vanilla latte with soy or almond milk. It's not the same, but it's good. They have oatmilk now, too,which is great. I like that there are a lot of non dairy choices. The prices are a bit high, in my opinion. They've steadilyincreased over the last few years. For example, a few years ago, my drink order cost less than $4. It's now $5.70. The staff hasalways been super friendly for the most part; they learn your name and little things about you. I'll pull up in my car, andbefore I say a word, they say, 'Hey Amber, come on up'. I'm assuming they see me on the camera. So, other than cost and thelimited sugar-free options (BUT, at least they have some), I love Starbucks. I love that they try to have vegetarian and healthyoptions. I recommend trying the stuff I mentioned earlier. Read more

I ordered a scone and a flat white. At checkout, I was given the scone. As I was waiting for my drink another customer with my... name orders. They called her name for a pastry. I looked up to make sure it wasn?t my drink. One of the baristas then tells theother that I took the second customers order. This was done in front of me. I corrected them by saying I only had what washanded to me at checkout.the barista sarcastically said I was good. Another employee said they couldn?t take the item back. Itold them I was aware but I only had one item that was given directly to me at checkout. I understand orders that get mixed up,but it was rude of them to talk the way they were in front of customers. If there was an issue I would have happily addressed itprivately and apologized.
