Was so busy! You wouldn't expect it walking in, and BAM! They had just started karaoke on Fridays so we lucked out and caught... it! We were just visiting in town and accidentally fell into this gem. The customers were friendly and welcoming. The bartender was too slammed to be above and beyond, but our drinks were good. We will definitely check this place out if we go backto Kokomo. Read more
A good thickness on the pork tenderloins so you can taste the pork and not just the breading. The breading was nicely seasoned... and crunchy. A good pork to breading ratio. The grilled tenderloin tasted like beef. Guessing the grill was not cleaned aftercooking steak or hamburger. Both the grilled and breaded tenderloin had a small gristly portion that we couldn't eat. Theseshould have been trimmed before pounding. The tots were perfect; crispy on the outside and soft and potatoey on the inside. Thefrench fries were a bit soft needing a few more minutes in the fryer but still good. They put everything in foil for us so wewere able to clean and recycle that. Kudos for that. We've had 7 tenderloins in kokomo and this was one of the best. If notfor the gristle and beefy flavor it would have been tied with Missy's (our favorite so far).
