The wait was 30 minutes for a plain chicken sandwich and a fry box, the sauce was also left out of my bag. When I addressed the... cashier about my sauce she gave it to me then I asked about the wait, then proceeded to wave me off and shut the window.Terrible service. Read more

Already rated 5 stars but tonight... wow!!! Hubby didnt wanna bring home work food so we decided on rallys; I got the chili dog... and spicy chicken with a parmesan loaded fry (saving my chicken sandwich for later cus I'm stuffed!) My fries were so crispy andfresh even covered in cheese and parmesan garlic, my chili dogs were topped well and very warm! Best rallys experience we havehad so far! Read more
When I visited, I was the only customer. My food was ready lightning fast, and the young woman at the window was very pleasant,... smiling and friendly. My only issue was my Big Buford, which I normally love, was swimming in condiments, which of course hadto land on my shirt. Had to. But it sure did taste good. Read more
