I came thru drive thru last night after spending hours at the emergency room wanted to grab food on my way home the girl... basically threw my food and drink out the window coke went down my coat sleeve and down my white vehicle and she didn't evensay sorry. The other employee noticed and said something to her and she laughed it off. I didn't find anything funny about it.Now I need a carwash. She needs to slow down. The food was good. They actually got almost everything about my order wrong. Ordered spicy chicken sandwich with cajun fries and large dr pepper.... They gave me a regular chicken sandwich with mashed potatoes and a biscuit, and medium dr pepper. They didn't give me a spoon. Ididn't have time to go back in. I don't think i got somebody else's order cause i was the only car at the drive thru. The foodwas still good though. Read more
Ordered shrimp and tenders combo. Cold, hard as a rock and flavorless. Like it had been sitting on the counter all day. Even the... red beans and rice was cold. Rice was hard. Horrible experience. Never again! Read more

The chicken sandwich has changed since they first opened this location. When they first opened you got a real piece of chicken... that fit the entire bun. Now you get what looks like the processed chicken sandwich you used to get in school that doesn't evencover the bun and it just wasn't as good as it used to be. So I won't be ordering it again or I'll just go back to Indianapolisbecause you still get the real chicken sandwich there!! Read more
The first time I went here it was great but now it?s changed. This is a shrimp ?basket? meal apparently now. I called to make... sure it wasn?t just a simple mistake but the rude lady on the phone said nope that?s the correct portion size. (I had the samemeal last time and it was a major difference. Just went through the drive through with my husband to get some dinner. He got the 5 piece spicy tender and fries. The chicken... was not spicy all the food was cold and the fries were chewy. I got the 2 piece spicy tender with 1/4 shrimp. My chicken was notspicy and my shrimp was more like shrimp jerky, way over done or sitting in the heat lamp all day not sure which but guessing itwas sitting all day because none of my food was hot either. And I think they raised their prices because for 2 meals it was $31never spent that much on Popeyes before. Will not be back and do not recommend. Read more
