Teas are average. Only major issue is that they need to clean their ice machine, there?s always a handful or two of ice that has... dirt of some nature frozen in it. ETA- it is not ?undissolved tea? because it will not come off the ice when scratched and it isin the MIDDLE of the ice cube. The chunks are FROZEN INTO THE ICE. It is absolutely disgusting. Read more

Staff and service used to be amazing, my last three visits it was absolutely terrible. Product is great along with the flavors.... But the last trip will unfortunately be my last due to the customer service. Sad to say because it's a great place to have inour city. Read more

I love that there's so many options and flavors to choose from! When I get a shake from here, I almost forget it's a protein... shake! There's so many yummy varieties of shakes and other drinks. Now there's protein donuts like what?? It's amazing! Read more
