Warning for customers to check your receipts. Inside of the store the 6pc Moz is still on the board for the ?2 for $7? everyday... value. They rang up full price, manager said that corporate knows about it but hasn?t fixed it. Only the 4pc ring up 2/$7z Hechanged to the correct price for me for two 6 pieces. Other than that service felt very slow. The brisket sandwich was verysmall, my French dip wasn?t very warm. They forgot my au jus and had to go up and ask for it. Read more

All the workers were completely high out of their minds. Drove up and they were all outside smoking. They couldn?t even talk... correctly when they opened the drive through window and had their eyes shut. Fries were SOOO salty I had to throw them away,tasted like the emptied the whole salt bottle on my fries. Didn?t get the sandwich I wanted and they gave me the wrong food.Contacting corporate! This was the worst experience I have EVER had at any fast food place. Read more

I tried the new fish sticks which tasted good paste it good but that what they label is tartar sauce I don't know what the heck... that is it's not tartar sauce it's not tartar sauce it's more like honey mustard or something but it was labeled tartar sauce. Read more

Don't even want to give one star. Went through drive thru just now the male that was there was very rude and even when the... manager came to the window she was rude and slammed the window on us. Have never had such rude service. Going to add....don'twaste your time clicking on the link the "owner" sends you cause it won't take you to anything. It's a joke Read more

This particular location has its ups and downs. Good service is spotty. Depending on who's on the drive through, you might get... pleasant service or you might not. Your order may or may not be accurate. Same with your register transaction, although thatis more commonly going to go well. My experience at the speaker has been more less-than-stellar than stellar. Same with thewindows. Order takers and presenters are usually bored stiff and as a result, they have no interest in greeting me with asmile. If they greet me at all, it's normally with a bland "$x.xx" with my order total and that's it. To their credit, theyare quick. They usually do include sufficient napkins, although not extras. The orders will be, most likely accurate and hotenough. It will probably taste just like an Arby's anywhere. Your drink won't have too much ice; it might not have enough. They usually do remember to include your straw. You won't likely consider this the best fast food you've ever had, nor thefastest, nor any other superlative. It will be...sufficient. Read more

Just went into the store on Markland and stood at the register for 5 minutes and was ignored by staff completely. The one guy... looked right at us and then turned back around and continued goofing off with the rest of the staff. We left and went to theMorgan Arby's and they were awesome. Five stars to them! The lady working was rude! I understand there is a business to run and it's fast food but be a little more patient with someone... ordering food. She kept asking " is that all?" After ever single item ordered. Then before we could finish the sentence "no Iwould like..." the worker says "well are you going to tell me what you want then?". Nope I'm not going to tell you I'm justgoing to drive away. I am sorry for whatever situation that has made you that person but that is no excuse for that attitudetowards a customer. Read more

I wasn't really unhappy with my visit but I felt like they had a lot of new people that didn't really know what they were doing.... The cashier was friendly but didn't know the menu well. My husband had to ask 3 times what the difference between the bourbonbrisket and steak because he had to practically yell for it to reach the person making the sandwiches since the cashier didn'tknow. The I asked for turkey instead of chicken on the chicken bacon Swiss because I really liked the sandwich without thefried chicken like they used to offer it forever ago. I was charged and extra $1.39 just to sub out the chicken for slicedturkey. Our food was good though and our cashier even came to check on us. Overall was not wowed though. Read more
