The worst service ever, 4 times that I tried to go to the lobby entrance, they're lock the doors and they have the sign that... they're suposed to closed at 8 pm and I was there at 1 pm. I see the staff hiding from me from inside lobby and I tried to askone of the ladies why was the reason of closing early if they have the sing the door that they're close at 8 pm, she was somesupervisor I guess and then she just decide in that moment bring another sign that it say "closing the lobby, we're understaf ".I see all the employees inside doing nothing in the lobby and i asked her that i just wanted to buy a smoothie she refused andshe said if I want to order something I have to make the line on the drive thru, WALKING! that was so offensive! The service and attention of the employees of this mc donalds, is the worst I've been in my life. I went three consecutive days... to eat and they always gave me the cold order and I had to return it. They laugh and talk rudely to you if you return theirorder. But it is important that it is not a mistake, but every time I went to eat. Today they served me breakfast all unarmedand with a piece of bread in half. Very disrespectful attitude to a person like me who is a regular customer. They laugh in myface. They refused to give me incredible mayonnaise. And every time you want to use the bathroom, they don't give you the keyand put their hand up so you can't see it.
