Here lately there must be miscommunication on ordering a number 9 with soft taco Supreme cause the last two times there has been... no tomatoes or sour cream on it. Every single Taco Bell I've been to displays Mexican pizza is back!!!!!! And every one of them have a sold out sign when you get... inside or blocked in their drive thru, is this some kind of sick joke yaw are playing on people??? Now I have had plenty ofMexican pizzas back in the good ole days before you guys destroyed the menu and from what I can remember the pizza had allllllthe same ingredients as the rest of your food,sooooooo what am I missing here????? The past couple of days including tonight my food has been amazing!!! So thank you to the staff for providing amazing... service!!!! As someone who has worked fast food places and has been the face for plenty of establishments i pride myself ingiving the customer care I would want to receive. With that being said the employee named preston is one of the best employeesI've seen in a while at this particular store and the manager I believe his name was shawn or John but he was super friendlywhen I asked to speak to a manager about the amazing customer care I receive frequently from this employee. this is my fav taco bell! they are always correct and on time but i also want to shout out the guy who works the window in the... evenings. he is always positive and upbeat. on top of that, my window doesn?t roll down so i have to open my door and he holdsit open for me every single time while i grab my food. my window issues seem to bother a lot of drive thru employees but he?s sounderstanding! Terrible service today. I had a burrito with rice in it and my rice was completely hard, very unpleasant to eat. The first... picture is a bean burrito (looks like beef though). Second picture is a potato taco which has about 5 hard potatoes. I took thefood back after eating the first burrito and showed them my food. The guy at the window didn?t even know what kind of burritothat was and I told him it was a bean burrito, he hands me another burrito which is the last picture and it looks like thefirst. All I?m saying is that if you wouldn?t eat the food that looks like this then why would you serve it to others. Someoneneeds to do their job better. Read more
