Store was dirty. Staff not well trained. Drink bar a mess, all 3 tea wells mostly empty, machine sodas are all flat. Refused to... chop salad, no to go dressing packets. Read more
The 2 ladies are extremely rude, not very respectful.
Worst subway around the lady working tried putting old tomatoes on my sandwich and got an attitude with me when I asked for... better tomato's then I asked for ranch and she barely put any on the sandwich so I asked for a little more and she soaked thesandwich in ranch then I asked for lettuce next and she put BROWN lettuce on my sandwich i told them don't worry about it andwent to a better subway in dandrige drive to the next subway it's worth driving an extra 5 minutes Read more

For once again I've complained to the corporate that these J1 students or claims not to be one. Is still working there, still... uses gloves after cleaning towards the sandwiches. Manager next door of shell fast stop won't even get a sandwich from them.When I had the guy in a beard and long hair, he does our food perfect I give props to that gentleman, and Subway at loves truckstop at exit 412 is closed, I guess under a remodeling situation. I shouldn't have to peek who is working the shift when I wantto get subway. It just seems like this world wants to come to an end with these kind of amateurs. But when it doesn't it's thepeople who goes out their way to do something. The gentleman has shown so many ways that not one subway has done the way he doesand he went out of his way what it should've been done. I'm local and there 3 subways out of my location and this one is theleast I'll ever go to. UNLESS it's the gentleman. He needs to throw his training in of his dedication of hard work. Read more
It?s really a hit or miss place to eat. Sometimes it?s all wrong sometimes its all right. Normally pick up an order from here... about 2 times per week and this time just wasn?t it for me. Ordered a salad and they didn?t bother crushing it up just threw thepieces in there. Yes I could do it at home, but as a customer I would appreciate if it was already pre cut. Anyways most of theother times it?s good food, they just need better training and higher quality standards. Read more
