Very good food. Great service. Very nice employees. Everyone is always helpful and will always get what you need. I have never... had a bad experience at this McDonald's. Went threw drive threw to get sweet tea ,they stayed on one side of drive threw order and took orders and had me wait. When I... ask how much longer it was going to take the manager came on and in hateful voice said he told you to wait. I asked the managerto loose her attitude she said she was the manager and didn't have to. She could do as she please.i would not be going back tothis hateful place. We are tourists who were down visiting Pigeon Forge and got something to eat at McDonalds before we hit the road headed home.... The service was fast and we didn't even have to pull up to park and wait (two spicy chicken sandwiches, one big Mac, one 10piece chicken nuggets, one double quarter pounder, plus fries and drinks). The food was DELICIOUS (look at how big that chickenis!) and the employees were nice. We got everything we ordered with nothing forgotten. I wish your store could come teach ourstore (small town) a few things. Read more

I ordered a medium vanilla milk shake and got a tiny miniature cup! I asked the cashier at the drive thru window if that was... supposed to be a medium size and she said yes! It was NOT a medium and I feel taken advantage of! And this tiny cup wasn't evenfull! Read more
Unfortunately I haven't visited one lately that has gotten our order right. So there is not much to review. They do hire some... elderly and disabled and I have to give them a 5 Star on that ,but have too many really young help on the cooking. Most of themseem to busy talking to each other than wanting to get your order correct. Read more
I stopped here to get a small order of fries and thought it was a joke. When I asked the employees in the drive thru about it... they were rude. I stop at a McDonald?s almost everyday at different locations and this was the worst display of fries I?ve seen.They didn?t even have coffee at the time which is crazy. Went for app deal. Was only allowed 1 item only one double cheeseburger . Back in the day no limit. I went inside to talk to... someone. Way understaffed and no one has a clue about anything. Very dissatisfied McDonald's is definitely no where near whatthe chain started out to be. Read more
