This place is the worse. If I want BK I go to straw plains it?s worth the drive. I?d rather spend a bit more on the gas than... waste food and money. They can never get an order right the food taste disgusting. I was in a rush so I stopped to grabsomething and it was the worst mistake. I can?t wait for the new gas station to be done and the new food places to open. Theywill surely have a hard time staying open with the horrible food and service they provide. Went through the drive thru today (5/30/22) and ordered an almost 20 dollar order. Asked for a bacon cheese burger with... ketchup, onion, and tomato the person taking the order marked it properly on the screen. When I got home and went to eat thebacon cheese burger it was plain with only meat, cheese, and bacon. This is not the first time they have messed up the order. Called and told the manager what happened she said they would correct the burger. Seems like the kitchen staff that makes theburgers needs to pay attention to the screen. They want 15 dollars an hour but can't seem to follow simple instructions on thescreen in front of them. Read more
Today my husband and I ate lunch with your establishment around 12:30ish and I just have to tell you how perfect the food was!... We ordered 2 whopper meals and small onion ring on side, that was the best Burger King I think I have ever had!! ???? our burgertasted of the flame broil which I loved and never tasted it before, the fries were perfect, hot and fresh, the onion rings wereawesome! I do not recommend this Burger King at all. Drove thru and got nuggets and they were terrible. They had been sitting out for a... while and was hard and cold. The Sevierville and Seymour Burger king is by far the best around. Not planning on ever going backhere!!! I can't stand when they put off their old food on the drive thru guest. Read more
