Hours are not consistent with the posted hours. Walked a mile to get here and the dining room was closed. Wasn?t planning on... dining in, but they wouldn?t even let me place a to go order. I truly love their chicken fingers so much! It's way better than the Chick-fil-A chicken fingers because it has tons of meat and... no fillers. I also like their spicy chicken sandwich too. Ever since I discovered Zaxby's chicken, I literally stopped going toall other chicken restaurants like Raising Cane, Chick-fil-A, Popeyes, etc... This place is truly the BEST! The staff here issuper friendly and helpful. They keep this place clean and organized at all times. They have drive-thru too, if you're too lazyto go inside. You should also download their mobile app to conveniently order, pay, and view your rewards on it. This Zaxby?s was consistent with other Zaxby?s! Food was hot and fresh. Lobby and bathrooms were clean. David was very welcoming... and accommodating. We enjoyed his conversation and we were pleased with his concern for our safety and satisfaction. The womanserving our food was VERY stingy with the sauces even though I ordered extra. This location has massively gone downhill. Wait in line for 20 min then wait for them to make your meal. Then when u finally get... all your food,every meal (3 of them) your frys look and taste rotten. ( rotten potatoes will make u very ill! Visited the East location ticket number 3216 at 12:41. There was a young African American employee standing in direct sun taking... orders. I can tell she was hot. Sun beaming on her. But they had an umbrella but it was way up closer to the door. She's nearthe curve. So I call into the store and ask whoever answered the phone could they pull it up so she can have some shade. Hesaid ok, but I was rushed off the phone . So when j pull up I mention it. A Hispanic female employees said she's only been outthere 30 minutes. I say she's in direct sun. So I call omw back to work concerned since I have grand kids. The male supervisoranswered the phone said I need to stop calling the store????. I only had called once. I told the. Chick fil-a does that too butthey have their employees protected from direct ??sun. I will never visit zaxby again. I appreciate that the store is very busy and understaffed. I did not mind my 25~ minute drive thru wait. This is, however, the... single most unacceptably disgusting thing I have ever been served at a fast food place. There is at least 4 ounces of sauce thatspilled into the bag. The soggiest, nastiest bread due to the pool of sauce it sat in, even after spilling most of it. It istruly a massive amount of sauce. I would imagine enough for 40-50 sandwiches. This is absolutely disgusting. Edit : the secondmeal we ordered (big zak snack meal) came with 1 & 1/2 tenders. What a MESS. With the volume at the store, and the lack ofstaff: I would imagine they are very overworked. Why not slow down and aim for either order accuracy and food quality, ratherthan pushing people out as fast as possible with inaccurate and disgusting food? Who is managing this place? Yikes!!!
