We have eaten at this zaxbys a several times, this time was not the best. The food was OK, but I saw some things that I was... not pleased with, first of all, the young man running the register, evidently was new and learning. And that's fine, we allhave to learn new things. So he was just a little slow, not a huge deal for me, but there was a lady who had already placedher order, I'm guessing a good while before we got there, and another man placed his order before my wife and I, well thelady and man waited for I'm guessing approximately 5 minutes, and when an order came up and the order should have belonged tothe lady, but there was a dispute of who it belong to. Anyway the man looked inside the bag and opened the container. He saidthis isn't my order, the lady said it might be mine, so she looked inside the container and had her hands on it, as well asthe young man who took the order. So they finally decided it belonged to the man. First of all, there is no way I would havetaken the order after 3 different people had there hands on it. But the man took it. Finally the lady got her order,and itwas wrong, so the young man told the lady that they had put some extra something in her bag, she said that's not goingto help me at all. She left the restaurant, so I moved over to where I was supposed to be to wait for my order. And I can seeinto the kitchen area, and I she a worker eating on the line where they prepare the orders. No gloves never washing herhands. I find that very unprofessional. I get my order and go set down to eat. And an older man goes over to the young man who took the order, and ask him what was that all about. I'm guessing he may have been the manager. I truly love their chicken fingers so much! It's way better than the Chick-fil-A chicken fingers because it has tons of meat and... no fillers. I also like their spicy chicken sandwich too. Ever since I discovered Zaxby's chicken, I literally stopped going toall other chicken restaurants like Raising Cane, Chick-fil-A, Popeyes, etc... This place is truly the BEST! The staff here issuper friendly and helpful. They keep this place clean and organized at all times. They have drive-thru too, if you're too lazyto go inside. My favorite chicken spot! Best of everything on the menu and I lové there Ice!

I spent over 20 minutes at the drive thru after I had already paid for the food, as I post this I'm still waiting for my order.

I wish there was a zero star review this is the first time I?ve had an issue and we go here a couple times a week ,I ordered... almost 40 dollars worth of food like I always do even more sometimes I requested zaxbys sauce at the speaker and extra ice andpickles willing to pay,then I had to deal with the manager Sarah and when I confronted her saying she could had been alittlenicer she gave me attitude stated that I was wrong,then I get home and this is the fry?s my kids get for how much money I had topay for the food it?s ridiculous. The drive-thru gets something wrong with my order quite often. The food is okay for fast food.

I opened the Powell restaurant in Knoxville, Tennessee years ago... I have always loved the food there, especially their wings... and tenders.
