I went through the drive through. I ordered extra chicken in my salad and no tomatoes. It came with tomatoes and LESS chicken... than I've ever received. So I went in. The lady who took my order rolled her eyes and was SO RUDE about adding a single pieceof chicken that I paid for. She handed the salad to the cook and literally the cook handed it back and did not put anything init?!?! I was given the same exact salad. This was 2 feet away from me. I went to Zaxby's and got a Grilled Chicken sandwich combo with only cheese and mayo and this what I got.... The worst Sandwich... ever and to top it all off the black girl that took my order at the drive thru cut me of half ordering my sandwich and did notgive me a receipt! I did not ask for mayo on the side and I didn't ask for shredded cheese. And the black girl never said a wordabout them being out of anything I asked for! This is sorry as hell. This Zaxby?s has very poor customer service. On multiple occasions I?ve had to wait long periods of time. Tonight I had to wait... almost 20 minutes. Honestly, I thought ?at least it will be warm.? Usually really good, but today the drive thru attendant was rude. I ordered a signature sandwich with Zax sauce and a large fry... and large sweet tea, an order of fried pickles and an order of small fries. I got spicy Zax sauce on my sandwich, I get reallybad heartburn with spicy foods so I was unable to eat most of my sandwich (I was on my short lunch break so I was not able to goback to the store), I did not get my large fries, I got a very sad order of small fries that were starting to get cold. The only reason it gets one star is Bc the order was right. We put in a mobile order and went through the drive thru when we got... to the window they told us to pull up to the door. We waited for 20 minutes and finally I decided to go in and it had beensitting on the counter for I have no idea how long. Not a single employee helped me find my order either. Every employee wasjust staying talking to each other but didn?t acknowledge the customers. I?m normally not the person to complain since I work inthe service industry but this was not okay. For a start it is 65° in the store that for me is ten degrees lower than comfortable. I waited 5:22 to be acknowledged at the... front counter, even with an employee walking back and forth ignoring me. Finally another woman from the back came up and took myorder. I then waited 8:11 for my food to be called out (I was sitting in the closest seats to the counter) finally getting up tofind my food unattended on the counter. My purchase was fried mushroom, cheese bites and a Cajun chicken sandwich. My friedmushroom where very good and the cheese bites also where good but the sandwich was cold and dry with a tiny bit of lettuce stalebacon one tomato on a cold bun.
