This location is good most of the time but they often make mistakes. Like today they did not read past what the meals were... pretty much as sauces were wrong in both thing. It might just be a takeout issue though. Read more

Place was very clean. Food was hot and fresh. Staff was friendly and able to answer my questions about some of the menu items. I... like the drink machine. It had lots of choices including lots of vitamin water flavors and Aha sparkling water. Read more

I love Zaxby's but this one missed the mark. Ordered a Cobb salad with grilled chicken and received totally burnt chicken, rusty... lettuce and the most anemic tiny sliced tomatoes. Looks nothing like the menu picture. I fell in love with their Cobb saladafter stopping by the Cleveland, TN location. Was expecting the same quality but this location needs help. Read more

I didn?t even want to give this Zaxbys a one star. The service was horrible and the food was awful. We went through the drive... through and the lady told us to pull up. Well after waiting 20 minutes I went inside to get the food and it was sitting on thecounter. The lady said they were waiting on the salad. Then we get home and the food was cold?French fries were hard, mychicken sandwich was horrible and the salad was all wilted and not cold. I am just disappointed with this Zaxbys and managementneeds to be aware of this because this type of service is unacceptable. Read more

I would give a decent rating but my bun to my chicken sandwich was totally burnt!!! It was gross! How can you burn a bun till... it?s black on the inside?! It was a major disappointment. First time eating their sandwiches. Read more

I know it's corny, but if I could leave less than 1 star I would. I worked at this location years ago, and can say that it has... definitely gone downhill. Yes, that's exactly what this box came out of the drive thru this way. No shaking or anything from thewindow. It was set in the seat, and I pulled into a spot to eat. 1 tender didn't even make it on the same side of the box. Andthe fries... the fries were Luke warm at best, and from my best guess had been sitting for over 30 minutes. No seasoning at all.I don't know if they forgot, or just said screw it.and the portion sizes. I think back when I was working there it was roughly5.5oz measured ever time. I could be off, but that's what I remember. Measure it every time. I remember that being beat into usregardless. It would be enough to fill up both little pockets in the back, not whatever they had put in there. Meal wasn't thebest at all. Also had an extra top bun, probably from where they put Zac sauce on a bottom and realized it was no zacs. Bestpart of the meal was the poorly mixed sprite, and largish pellet ice I got to crunch on as I drove home to wallow in thesadness... hell I'd recommend a trip to McDonald's first. 10 dollars for this is pitiful.
