I ordered a Pad Thai, with no chicken and no egg and I asked for more vegetables since I'm a vegan. I also asked why the Pad... Thai was listed as being not gluten free and was told it was because of the sauce and so they would use a gluten free saucesince I am gluten intolerant. My order was put in as "No meat" (see pictures) and there is no indication of extra vegetables ora different sauce. I just hope I don't have an allergic reaction. Intuition told me to check my order in the car and it's agood thing I did. It turned out I did not have any tofu which is a normal ingredient in the dish not an additional one. I wentinside to explain that I was missing the tofu and the person who originally took my order avoided me, did not apologize orcommunicate to their manager what I had originally ordered. I was told that the tofu included was just a garnish and thatbecause the note on the order said "no meat" that meant no tofu. I have been a vegan for almost 15 years and I was unaware thattofu constituted as being meat. Anyway, I wait for the new order containing tofu to be made which was not necessary because Ijust needed a handful of tofu. I do not check this second order until I get home and thank goodness I did not toss the originalorder because the second order contains what looks like chicken or egg which I do not eat. There is a clear lack ofcommunication and accountability at play in this restaurant. However, I suppose it's my own fault for being disloyal to Chaiyoswhich is the best Thai restaurant in the area. Had the Spicy WokChow Chicken, always a favorite. Plates are huge, I usually box up half the meal to take home before I even... start eating. Service is always friendly and quick. The food is piping hot, come directly from kitchen to your table. Thesauce is tasty qith just a little heat. Veggies are crunchy and delicious. Prices are very reasonable and they have a loyaltyprogram that earns points for every meal. This is my go to place for Asian food. Read more

Food was very mediocre at best. Very little flavors. You do get quite a bit of food though. Spring rolls a little too oily. I... would have to be really hungry to want to try it again. Read more

Love this place!!! Found a great place to eat a healthy meal and to keep my blood sugar down. I get the creat a wok with no side... or sauce... just vegetables and meat. But I do have to splurge a little on the egg rolls... they are wonderful!!! I love thecreations. Read more

The fried rice, vegetables, and sweet chili sauce were delicious but skip the beef. The beef was very overcooked. It was more... like beef jerkey than tender cuts of flank steak as indicated. The hot and sour soup was delicious. Staff was very friendly andthe place was super clean. I normally only order the Tilapia, but they no longer carry it. They should skip the beef and pay theextra for the Tilapia. Read more

If you want lots of vegetables and flavors, you will most definitely find them here. We loved everything we had. We created our... own bowls so of course we did! The meat was juicy, the veggies were crisp. Nothing was overdone. The lo mein was maybe a littlebit too oily/sauced for my personal taste. Overall, we really liked everything we had. Read more

My husband and I ate here last week for the first time. It's pretty good. I really liked my spring roll a lot and the spicy tuna... roll was good as well. I liked that the roll wasn't so big, that way it fit in my mouth without making a mess. ???? They servePepsi products which is a minus to me. But I gave it 5 stars because the service is good and the food is good and it is pricedwell. The restaurant is clean. I did not visit the restrooms so I can't speak on those. The booths have high partitions so youare well separated for those interested in covid precautions. Read more
