Do not eat here. Second visit was worse Than the first. The employees literally couldn't care less about service, they mumble &... are incredibly rude. We asked for dine in, they packed our order to go anyway. When I told the employee the order was "forhere", she said, "my bad" & walked away. The food is overpriced anyway. Save your time & money. The Wingstop brand has always been on my favorites list. I love wings. Unfortunately I?ve given this location my business for... the past year and tonight was the last time. I come here a lot and I?m just tired of the Horrible and do mean horrible service,lack of care in preparation (it?s a coin toss if my food will have hair in it), and just general unprofessionalism. The timebefore last they hip-hop music turned all the way up. My order is rarely complete. Always missing ranch, or wings, or it?s likeit was this evening where the lady tells me they are out of fries AFTER I paid for food including the fries and just stared atme blankly like I was the problem. This was my first visit to this location. Have tried Wingstop before in another state and not impressed. Stopped in for a late... lunch and still not impressed with the food. My husband, who loves just about any chicken, was highly disappointed. Bone-inwings were a little tough as if cooked frozen, not thawed. The garlic parmesan was very scarce and could barely be tasted. Tenders were great. Great seasoning and a nice amount of garlic parmesan seasoning. Fries were good and there's a nice selectionfor drinks. On a higher note, the manager should be commended for how she is running this location. From the time we entered,the manager Tisha was present and consistently working WITH her crew to ensure fast and efficient service. She warmly greeted usas we entered, she was assisting a new employee with online training, monitoring the lobby and the counter, making sure that herstaff remained attentive and stayed on task. Most importantly, we saw her jumping in to help. It's not often that you seemanagement actively working with their staff, versus belting out orders. Ordered a small boneless wings meal with garlic parmesan and lemon pepper and they didn?t flavor ANY of the wings. You would... think after waiting 20 minutes for wings that they actually flavored them. Read more

Not sure if it was because of the "newness" or what but the wait took forever and nothing worked. Freestyle machine only had... water, tea is from syrup not brewed, yucky. Overall, way expensive for what you get. Read more
Interesting food, first time order. Fries look like 5 guys, but are oddly sweet. Prefer 5 guys. Wings...ordered boneless, ... half mild and half parmesean garlic... the parm garlic was dry when I opened the box, I think they used a dry seasoning??? Very bland. I added my own sauce when I got home with them. Mild was nothing to get excited about either, glorified chickennuggets. Probably won't be back. If this is your specialty, make it special. *edit...I really just can't eat this stuff. Taste like a Target Brand chicken nuggets coated in a mild Frank's hot sauce. The wait was unsatisfactory (53 minutes) for 2 orders of traditional wings and fries, it was not very busy and we ordered online... at 7:52 pm. We arrived at the restaurant at 8:10 pm, we finally got our food at 8:45 pm but we were missing 1 wing out of the 8pcs and the fries were barely warm and mushy on both orders. The staff stood around, talking quite a bit, and seemeduninterested in the long wait times. They did offer to remake the missing wing, but I did not want to wait any longer.
