I'd leave no stars if that was an option. Waited over 10 minutes at the drive through. Employee was rude when we asked what had... cost so much. The breakfast we ordered was the 3 dollar deal, it cost us over 14.00 for two sausage egg n cheese croissant, asmall fry... Small coke. Just be aware when going to this Wendy's in the mornings. Just grabbed food from here around 1:15 pm and after ordering a sour cream and chive potato for the what $2.49 it cost they... completely forgot the sour cream and the butter. Me thinking the sour cream was in the bottom of the bag I didn?t feel the needto have to ask for it but I had to ask for the butter. Then when trying to call to notify of said order screw up no answer. Sonot complaining on food just complaining on quality of service because that?s a let down. Read more
This is the worst Wendy?s I have ever been to. I use to travel for a living from NY to LA many many times for 20 plus years.... I?ve been to a lot of Wendy?s. What I usually like about them for the most part they are consistent. This boat was everythingbut! First off I ordered and went to wash my hands, no soap, then grabbed a container for ketchup no ketchup. Ordered my Dave?sdouble with no tomatoes or onions. The line was long and took forever. The lady taking orders wasn't friendly at all. The young lady with the purple/blue hair... handing out orders was very rude and argued with me when asked if I was missing a fry. When I finally noticed I was she startedtelling me I didn't order two and kept in until I proved her wrong. Then she slammed the drive thru window in my face and walkedaway when she still owed me 4 drinks. Worst Wendy's in the world. Read more
Went late at night. The line was long. Pretty sure there was one maybe 2 people working. Pretty sure the person who took my... order was having to run back and forth between taking orders and making orders. As a result of the demand my burger wasterrible. But the lady who took the order was so sweet and she was trying so hard. So pay her more or hire more people to workat night. Read more
