The inside pf the restaurant was disgusting. The floor was extremely sticky and all of the tables were covered in trash. The... manager on shift took our orders and managed to mess up 3/4 of the items when inputting them. The staff was extremely rude. Weasked if they could clean up one of the tables since they were all gross and were met with eyerolls and groans. All of thenapkin dispensers were empty and they gave attitude when asked for any. The soda machine looks like it has never been cleaned.Terrible location and will not be returning. Read more

Drove through to get breakfast this morning. My clock said 10:27, at the microphone the gal told me no breakfast it's over. I... said my clock is 10:27 could you give me a couple minutes and make...."nope, nope" I said : "Well, you've lost a customer" andshe told me: "I dont care there's a million more" ( there were no other cars in the lot or the drive-thru) As I drove out of thelot I had to stop at the end of it, I gave a wave like" goodbye"-never thinking this- I hear a voice from the door of the storesaying words I couldn't make out because of the traffic on Merchants back and forth. I was concentrating on making it safely outof Wendy's parking lot. Without a doubt this was the most disrespectful ignorant person that Wendy's on Merchants could haveworking for them. she truly didn't care about her job or the bosses best interest. Read more
Might wanna check your fruit there guys.....the 2 I got today were old 4 days ago. Frikin gross. Now it smells like rotten... fruit in here, awesome. The Jr bacons I got were fine or I'd have given less stars. It's not hard to check your inventorybecause I guarantee you that I won't be the only 1 getting rotten fruit today. Just got home with my order. No receipt in the bag. Frostycino is just a blob of vanilla ice cream sitting in something so cold,... it won't even melt it. My burger was supposed to be everything and extra onion. There's no tomato at all, and a couple rings ofonion. The fries, advertised on TV to be so great, are old, and cold. Oh, and I went inside and had to stand and wait about 10minutes for someone to even come take my order. Employees kept looking at me, but no one bothered to even speak to me. These people were really nice! My Auntie and I were ordering for my cousin and eight other members of his team. My auntie was... tired and it was midnight. My cousin was taking his time getting his teammates? orders and the cashier was really patient. Whenwe finished ordering, the cashier was insisting that she fix a mistake that she made. My auntie insisted that the order couldstay how it was because it?s alright. One of the kitchen staff gave us an extra 10pc nugget meal on the house. Best experienceever! Read more
I think the photos speak for themselves, on top of which the staff will act like it's your fault your burger looks like a... dumpster fire. Don't let the dumpster fire comment fool you, though, because your food will probably be served to you nice andcold like my burger was. This isn't the first time I've had poor service and poorly made food at this location but it will bethe last. Just go elsewhere and save yourself the headache. Read more
The lady at the drive thru speaker who took my order was overall friendly, however as I was trying to order a vanilla... Frostychino as I said vanilla she immediately interrupted me and said we don't have vanilla. We just have chocolate andpeppermint. I just hope she is aware that working in customer service instead of assuming try listening. I proceeded to say soyou dont have vanilla coffee? She said they did so I'm guess for whatever reason she assumed I was going to order a frosty andnot a Frostychino. Typing this out now I can see the confusion. When I got to the window it took about 2 minutes to be greetedand the lady at the window was polite and friendly, she did look a little overwhelmed and possibly running the front by herself. Read more
