Great customer service, had to give 4 star for service because it took a little longer than usual but they were short handed so... it wasn't really controllable. While waiting they let me know what I was waiting for which was fresh fries and can't complainabout that. Everyone seemed nice who worked there and I saw that they were working as a team to get orders out. Read more
Love their salads and their 4 for $4 and Biggie Bags are a great value! Their bigger burgers are usually so juicy and delicious... but a little costly if you're eating on a tight budget. Read more
I came through the drive-thru about 2:00 waited in line with seem like forever. I ordered a combo you know with fries and a... drink was late going back to work open the bag when I got to the interstate with no fries. Didn't have time to turn around andgo back so I started on the burger and couldn't eat that either it was the worst burnt hamburger I've ever had from fast foodI'll never go there again. Came through drive thru, girl that took my order was really nice but I got my bag, looked inside and saw 2 fries in containers... and 1 sandwich. I had ordered a baconator fry, a garlic fry and a chicken sandwich with no lettuce. So it looked right. When Igot home, both the fries were cold and hard, and I don't live that far away, and my chicken sandwich was a small burntcheeseburger with a cold piece of cheese, a piece of onion, a pickle and lots of ketchup.
