i went twice to this wendys and both times drive through took 20+ mins. The first time, the milkshake they gave me tasted very... off and was just foam, the machine was probably broken. I've been coming to this location for years as it is the closest location to my home, but as of recently the food itself has... been coming out worse than ever. I ordered a biggie bag a few days ago and the bread was completely soggy after receiving it inthe Drive-Thru. And almost always the chicken nuggets are no longer fully cooked through. Or they are overcooked and way toohard to eat. I used to love this location, but I will not be returning again because of the recent quality of meals. Read more
It just gets worse and worse as time goes on?I know the whole food industry is hurting for workers right now, but while I expect... longer waits and missing straws at the fountain machine this place has more people coming back with wrong orders than leavingwith correct ones, the wait time has just about tripled, staff is rude, and there?s nothing but chaos if you make the mistake ofgoing inside to order. It?s 12 o?clock on a busy Sunday and the doors are locked. The drive-through is not very busy but it takes forever to get it on... order placed. The people working the drive-through are rude nasty and disgusting. The parking lot is littered with trash andhomeless people milling about. This location should close and you should put a food truck here. There?s no reason to have arestaurant with tables and chairs if the door is locked in the middle of the day. Read more
Literally the worst Wendy?s I?ve ever been too!!!! Waited 20 min for our mobile order and then when I finally got to eat it it... was soggy and greasy. I ordered the baconator and it had two pieces of bacon what the heck man!!! Love me a Dave's double with no ketchup or mustard. So good if there fresh the one on strawberry plains Pike not so much the bun... was fresh out the freezer. Literally cold and hard didn't even try to thaw it out and the meat was so old. Never will I do itagain. Read more
This place is terrible!!!! Poor customer service all around!! They didn't bother telling me or any customers that there were no... onions or tomatoes prior to purchase to give us an option to purchase then complained when I brought it back the cashier didn'thide the fact she was being standoffs and talking bad, the manager had an attitude in the background and I asked I stead of herrelaying it can he come talk to me. I recorded the whole situation and had to let him know I have been recording it all, inwhich he gave me this look. The cook prior to asking the manager to co.e forward locked the door in day hours to keep peoplefrom coming I to the lobby and when I asked for management he shrugged saying I don't care and continued to drink his drink.When I finally asked for the refund the girl asked if I wanted it cash or card, I said I do t care cash I guess then the managersaid No did you pay cash or card I said card then he Shively asked for it, I stated kool about that, then she handed me my cardand shut the window without a word said. 6 min later she comes back and says do you need something I said yes a refund , it'snot showing , she looked back at the manager again and said it will come I told her I never received a refund slip orconfirmation from the manager about when I should get it, no apologies....nothing!!!! Only complaint is we had to use a card because there wasn't enough cash on hand, that is something you should mention as the... customer is ordering just in case they only have a 100$ bill or such. But good food, thanks for your hard work???? Read more
