I ordered a double cheeseburger, it had 4 half(?) burgers on it. Looked like it was kinda thrown together and very messy. I... guess I would have appreciated a heads up that they were out of full size burgers. My friend ordered a regular cheeseburger andhad a whole burger on hers. Otherwise a decent Wendy's. Read more

I went through the drive through Saturday and the burgers were so disgusting that I immediately threw them in the garbage and... went straight to McDonalds. ???????????? They tasted like soap and ketchup. I'm pretty much done with Wendy's. I didn't goinside so I can't speak to the cleanliness, but the food I received was gross and also incorrect. (I orders 2 hamburgers ketchuponly and received only one.) The sweet tea was probably the only thing I got in my order that was remotely decent. Read more

I waited a total of 40 minutes for my order that I was picking up. There were three ladies who were working at this store. Their... dinning room was closed, so I was stuck in line. Once I got to the screen to order, I sat for 15 minutes and no one said a thingafter I said hello three times. I pulled around and spoke with the lady at the window letting her know I was there to pick up anorder. She did not acknowledge the wait or apologize. I had to sit at this window for 20 minutes waiting for two sandwiches anda drink. She told me she was getting buns and this is why the long wait. Sitting at the window, I saw three girls in there noworking, hanging out. When they would do anything, it was the speed of snail. Once she handed me the food I commented on thefact this experience was 40 minutes of my time and not once did she acknowledge that and I thought it was poor customer service.After I said this, she closed the door in my face without zero acknowledgement to what I had just said. The messy haired kid at the window said it would take 3 minutes to melt cheese for the baconator fries and so we needed to pull... forward. 10 minutes later I went in to see where our order was and he was no where to be seen. Another customer was cursingbecause they didn?t have chocolate Frosty?s at 5pm and he ended up leaving empty handed as I walked in. It took them another 3or 4 minutes to get our order to us as I waited and 2 employees said they would ?see what?s up? with our order. Our order was aDave?s single meal and a baconator fries with a tea. Altogether it took about 20 minutes in the drive through, pull up spot, andin the store. When we got the order the cheese wasn?t melted. I was so frustrated I didn?t go back to complain. Probably won?tbe back to this Wendy?s location for a long while. Picture is of our baconator fries with melted cheese. Looks like it takes alittle more effort to get it right because the cheese wasn?t hardly melted. I?d expect this from McDonald?s but not Wendy?s. This Wendy?s is miserable for drive thru. They let the line back up without orders in favor of fully handling one transaction at... a time. Untold amount of business never pulls in the parking lot during lunch because they can?t get in. Meanwhile the paymentside of the line is empty. Tried to bring this up to the manager that works lunch hour. Nothing has changed in months. I haveleft this location multiple times having decided it was what I wanted because of how poorly it?s run. Pulled up to order. No one in line. Car ahead had just pulled up. Waited 8 minutes to be greeted. I gave the benefit of the... doubt for under staffed. NO !! When getting to the window I saw at least 3 employees laughing and cutting up in the backroundwith a young man working the window. No help is better than bad help. Change things Mister Owner .. This has happened twice. The first time I let it go no big deal. However this time, was completely unacceptable. I ordered a... bacon, egg, and Swiss croissant. He repeated the order back to me as I had ordered it. I received the wrong thing once again, itwas sausage, very black burnt sausage. I do not like sausage it makes me sick sometimes to eat it so I choose not to. However Idecided why not because I paid for it all and I live 40 minutes away from there and I couldn?t waste the gas to turn all the wayaround to get it fixed. So I decided to try it and not even a few bites in and there was eggshells. I almost threw up all in mycar, I have never been so disgusted.
