A bit of a wait, because of staffing issues, but where isn't these days? The staff are always super nice and friendly, really... personable, and way apologetic about the wait. Women's bathroom was a smelly, poorly stocked wreck. Absolutely no napkins at the incredibly sloppy condiment station. Most of... the sodas out of stock. Tables hadn't seen a wipe down in I can't even guess how long. Seriously, a big piece of lettuce heartin my burger. Out of pretzel buns, out of hot honey. Only bright spot? The customer service. What's the point of offering a $3 Breakfast Deal when they can't even bother to open their dining room where you can buy and eat... that breakfast? Can't be bothered to waste gas and my time driving to their restaurant early in the morning only to find theirdoors locked. Read more

This Wendy?s is always popping and they?ve been understaffed for awhile. The people they have there right now are AWESOME and... they all deserve a raise. Everyone is so kind to be worked to death. Food is always good and fresh 10/10 Read more
Came by and the guy working the window immediately had the demeanor like he was not in the mood. Ok fine. We all have days like... that. But then I realized my large fry wasnt in the bag so i asked for it and more bbq sauce for my daughter. I did pay $4 forthe fries. And he was so irritated by that. Then after i put my wallet in my purse and looked up he was talking smack about meto his co-worker. He needs some midol i guess. Read more
Super disappointed in my order today. This Wendy's, on Kingston, has been my go-to because the one on Cedar Bluff always screws... up the order. Seriously. Today my bun was super burned, (see photo) and they put pickles on a sandwich that isn't supposed tohave pickles (we asked). They left out the side of chilli, too. ???? Come on,guys, do better. This Wendy's was the best one in town!I would recommend trying the peppermint frosty :)
