My husband and I went to Wendy's for breakfast last Saturday at 10:10AM and Betty was so kind! I didn't want to use the self... serving check out so Betty let us order through her. I told the person that worked the drive thru. I wanted a number 1 combo with only ketchup, mustard and pickles. When I got a... chance to eat my burger, it had what I had requested plus they put the nasty cheese on it also. I did not order cheese. I willuse my app to order next time at this location and then maybe they can get the order correct. Read more

Drive thru was packed, so I went inside and got it to go. Order some food on the little kiosk since they were understaffed... today, 12/3/22. Finally, our food was ready. My wife had to ask for the correct milk for my son. She didn't receive any dressingfor her salad or her strawberry lemonade. The older lady in the kitchen put the correct milk on the counter saying she put 2chocolate milks down the counter. She proceeded to just throw my wife's dressing on the counter. We finally had to ask again formy wife's strawberry lemonade. As we walked out, my daughter told me one of the drive-thru employees mumbled BItc* under herbreath. Once we got home, I started to my food, and the fries were overcooked and extra crunchy. I tried to wash the first fewfries down with my chocolate frost cappuccino only to find out it was just a cappuccino no chocolate frosty was ever put in. Ifyou've made it this far, this is the worst Wendy's experience my entire family has ever had. I highly recommend going anywhereelse, but to this Wendy's. Read more
