I went through the drive through this evening and the employee apologized that there were only two people working and that it... would take a few minutes for my order. I said that?s no problem. I was so impressed by the employees and how professional theywere and how hard they were working. Tried the new Pretzel Pub Burger (sans pretzel bun) and it is AMAZING! Definitely will get again! Also bought a Baconator - and... the bacon was done to perfection (it's not always at some other locations). You could see they were under-staffed, but everyonewas polite and obviously working hard to get the job done. Read more
Usually Love Wendy's for all their Food, However was disappointed with my Cheeseburger Deluxes this time, They were Old, not... Fresh & No Flavor, the Hamburger Buns we're falling apart. This Wendy's needs Improvement....Fresh is the Best! Read more
We sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes. We was using their app and no where in their app was an option for curbside pickup... even though there was signs everywhere plus the doors was locked and the metal gate was pulled down so you could NOT I repeatNOT go inside to place or even pickup your order. After we got up to the order speaker they said there wasn't any mobile orderin their system. I told them to check again and they finally found it and when we received the order the food was cold. Myfamily and I will not return to this place!! I understand about not having enough help to operate they way they use to, but thisexperience was far beyond acceptable. Read more
They are never open on time in the mornings. Usually try to stop in about half an hour after they "open" for them to either not... be in or say sorry they only have 2 people there and can't take orders. Read more

Had a rare late night fast food stop and was appreciative of their attention to customer service - making sure I got the right... order and apologetic for the minimal wait. Definitely better than I expected and have experienced at 11pm on a Friday night,holiday weekend at other places. Read more
Drive thru fellow was consistent in his charisma. Clear and understandable. Seems they are the only @Wendy's that steadily has... their #Frosty machine up and running, even have vanilla as a flavor. The food was sub-par though as I have come to expect at a#FastFoodRestaurant though as "you get what you pay for and business is the same as well". You cannot want "5 Star" ? dishes andneed them in an instant like most #FastFoodRestaurants provide speedy service. I will be back as it is very close to work and Ihave not had a huge issue yet. #GodBlezz & #Godspeed to the employees and owners of this establishment. Read more
