I arrived in Knoxville pretty late and was desperate for a good meal before heading to the hotel. After several minutes... searching maps for an adequate restaurant that was still open, I found Wasabi. That turned out to be a great find! I sat at theSushi bar and had good conversations with the Chef. The waitress was quite helpful and also provided great service. The Sushiwas delicious and the prices were on point for the product provided. I recommend Wasabi for their Sushi indeed!!!! Read more
A really good dining experience! My wife and I are pretty new to the area, and we've been slowly trying new places (to us) to... eat and I would definitely recommend this spot. Food was really good, and quicker than I expected especially for such a busyplace. I would give it a 4.5 if I could, I really dont have anything negative to say. Honestly food was mouth-watering delicious and I have no complaints about quality or service! Loved it all! One thing though?I... do feel like I can get the same quality hibachi chicken at Fuji down the street (literally) for half the price. But the cuts ofsteak are better at Wasabi and you get to experience the spectacular show. Bravo ????????! Read more
This restaurant was recommended to us by a local. The food was amazing! "H" is an excellent chef! Not a huge "stage show" like... some other hibachi chefs but he can definitely cook! Sushi was phenomenal as well! Read more

They were able to seat us very quickly. We were celebrating our kids birthday. As we sat down, a large roach ran across our... kids plate. They panicked and squished it. The manager came by and wiped it off. Against our better judgment we stayed. Afterall the food was cooked and served I had a roach crawl around my plate. I advised the server that we were done. The manager?Joe? brought out our tickets and would only give us $40 in gift certificates for our next trip. I advised him we would not bereturning. The manager stated that he was sorry we had to see that. It shouldn?t have happened in the first place. We willdefinitely not be returning. Also our ticket was 135 for the six of us. We had a great time and the food was wonderful. I had the Teriyaki Shrimp and Chicken, it was tender and tasty. My wife and I... split a serving of TNT sushi. It was the perfect combination of kick and flavor. Our chef was great, he brought the meal to lifeand made it a lot of fun. We were celebrating my son?s birthday and they brought him a piece of cake, sang him happy birthdayand took his photo. Our hole party really enjoyed the fire part of the presentation. Read more
This is definitely a place for an entertaining experience and that?s why you go. The food is good if you do the hibachi and you... get A LOT of it but it can all taste the same. It?s a fun time for any and everyone even if you don?t catch the food in yourmouth it?s just fun to watch the cooks do tricks. Read more
