My service was great. The food was great as well but you have cold air blowing down on us in dinning room area all those that... are eating and our food gets cold before we can eat half way. All your stores in many states I have eaten at has the sameproblem. This is why I haven't been eating at your restaurant's as much. I really enjoy your food but I don't like eating halfof it cold. My husband and I stopped in for breakfast on a recent Sunday morning. The manager is always on top of things and tries to make... sure everyone is seated in a timely manner. On this morning, they only had one cook and our waitress was helping the cook plustrying to wait tables. Everyone worked so well together and were really slammed, but took it in stride. I found out that thecook, who never looked up as he dished up meal after meal, was actually a district manager or some such called in because theywere so short. In these crazy times, when fast food as we know it is changing and evolving due to short staff, this crew did anexcellent job. Kudos. Read more

I have been to dozens of Waffle House locations across several different states and this one was by far the best in terms of... food quality and service. The food was absolutely delicious and we had our food less than 5 minutes after placing our order. Thewaitress was extremely friendly and attentive. She refilled our drinks without needing to wait around or ask for refills. Read more

2nd time in 2 weeks I have gone there and had horrible service. 2 weeks ago 3 servers 2/3 of the restaurant full and my order... came out messed up. All 3 servers sitting around complaining about each other instead of trying to work together. Complainingabout missing tips and sidework not being done. To their credit the cooks did a great job trying to work through the serverdrama. Today- Maybe 10 people in the whole restaurant. 2 servers 2 cooks. They have roped off all the booths because as myserver said, they can't find enough service to work. Not that 3 tables a piece should be overwhelming.. My eggs, hash Browns andtoast come out quickly however My waffle and sausage do not. 15 minutes later my coffee cup is empty, my sausage patties aredying on the board and my waffle is sweating in the to go Box.. When I finally get the server to acknowledge me and i remind herof my food, she hands me the cold sausage and bags up my soggy waffle. I get it, it's waffle house I don't expect 5 starservice however for a $14 breakfast I would hope my coffee cup stays full and my breakfast is served all at once and warm. Read more

I eat in Waffle House locations all over the Southeast, this location is one of the best and smoothest run I have ever eaten in!... Outstanding service, great food. They somehow manage to get you in and out quickly, and well fed, without you ever feeling"rushed". Extremely well done! Read more

Let me start off with Danny the manager was outstanding. He greeted us at the door and took her names to be added to the waiting... list in his head. Danny?s team had a full house but was able to get us sit down with 10 minutes of arriving. Chris and Mickeythe chef cook my meal to perfection. My waitress Caroline was outstanding in every way. This waffle house should be the standardfor all other waffle houses. Never seen a teamwork so efficient in my life. Read more
