Came in for some breakfast. Food was pretty good, portions shrank some (expected). But only reason I'm giving 3 stars is... service. Not service for me but of a family standing at register for an over extended amount of time waiting to give the stafftheir to go order. The family had been there before I arrived looking at menu. When they were ready they stepped to theregister. Multiple staff kept saying someone needs to take their order, yet nobody did for nearly another 5 min. I told myserver to take their order and she told someone else to do it. The behavior of the staff in this period of time wasunprofessional and ridiculous. Read more

I've been going to this waffle House for several years and today the food and the staff were awesome. They have a server named... James who happens to be one of the happiest and hardest working people I've watched in the last several years you all are luckyto have him! I guess the manager was there and she was just a happy-go-lucky person doing her job with a smile on her face. Always a little busy, especially on Sunday brunch time. Always a consistent menu, and food is always hot and fresh. Service is... usually good, but understand they are stressed with the crowd sometimes. Read more
Visited at 5:00 am. Waitress was seating down and had to be told to set up table and take our order. 3 tables had food on them... and there were no customers inside when we came in. Food scraps on our table so had not been cleaned off well. Trash undertables and around the actual trash can. The waitress took our drink order and them food. She kept interrupting during us givingorder. Once the order came to table, she brought the syrup and it was actually covered with syrup so had to use a napkin touse. Husband had to ask for a refill on coffee and she brought only a half a cup and said had to make more. It took us after 10minutes to ask the other waitress, which was the Assistant Manager, if he could get a refill. I went to pay and another customerhad to get our waitresses attention, cooking for her friend, so I could pay. While at the counter, looked over and there was somuch build up of waffle pieces under the waffle makers, food on grill, oily areas on prep area and garbage on the floor. Oh andthe chocolate milk had a nasty taste so daughter didn't drink and the waitress never offered to take off ticket. Praying wedon't come down with anything. Read more
