When asked at the register "How was everything?" I let them know that the grits weren't fully cooked and that I did not eat... them. I was offered and apology and told that sometimes they just taste that way but they would let them know. It was notoffered a refund. I think I should have been given a refund. Apparently they shouldn't bother asking how everything was. Everything else was good. Read more
