We went out for a family dinner today, July 23rd, 2022. It was our first time here. The food was good. The decorations were on... point. However, we didn?t have a good experience with our server, Kaitlyn R. I don?t think this is the attitude we would receiveat such a fancy restaurant. When we got seated, she checked in on us three times to get our food and drink orders. She wasn?tvery welcoming and appeared a little annoyed, but we didn?t have any problems at the beginning as we thought that she hadalready had a long day. She checked back on us once after our food was out. When she was with the customers across from ourtable, we saw that she was very nice and amiable with them. Then, we tried to grab her attention to order desert, even?screaming?, but she just walked away. Well, she may not heard us. BUT, when she cleaned our table to prepare for the desert,she dropped the utensils in front of our face and made very loud noises. When she brought our desert and plates, she didn?tsimply place the plate but rather dropped them and made the loud noise again. Whenever, she handed us any items even the bill,she walked away while handing them to us. This was not the same treatment that the table across from us received. She was verygentle and made eye contact and even a had conversations with them. We did not get any of that. She had an attitude and veryunprofessional for this environment. I?ve only been here for dinner, but it?s been great every time. I didn?t have anything to complain about and the atmosphere is... one of the best in Knoxville. I suggest going down to The Vault after your meal or during your wait to check it out! You won?tregret it! Read more
Great atmosphere. Very elegant. Good central location. If wanting to hang out with friends for drinks or sharing plates for... dinner, it's perfect for both. The food is absolutely amazing! One of the best all around dining experiences in Knoxville. Read more
First time here and I'm really glad I chose to go. The employees were friendly and answered our questions regarding the menu... quickly. The Banana Daiquiri was really good. We ordered several dishes from the menu to share but my favourite was the TostadaCon Camarones. Will definitely have dinner here again. Read more
Food was phenomenal. This is coming from a very childishly almost, picky eater. Atmosphere was very quaint and relaxing until... out of nowhere patrons filled the place. From two tables to the entire house filled within ten minutes. Can't really blame therestaurant for the noise of a few tables. The waiter was very attentive and helpful. She misheard one dish we ordered so wereceived something we didn't order, but the dish we got was so good we didn't say a word. Would highly recommend and willhappily go again. Read more
The food was top-notch delicious. Uptown Brazilian. We tried several tapas, including the octopus. Everything was great. The... drink menu has some unusual items, lots of rum-based drinks, and mezcals well. Our table tried several different drinks and allwere tasty and the presentation was super fun! Read more
Great food and great atmosphere with a very friendly staff. Nothing anyone in our group ate was less than spectacular. Would... highly recommend visiting the vault for a drink after a meal as well. Would love to come back when I return to Knoxville. Read more
