I have been a loyal customer to Chop House for over 15 years. It is a shame that I have to leave this review. I take it very... seriously to leave a bad review - but after calling management multiple times and same issues happen & it affects anyone withgluten allergies/celiac - this is important. I called and complained prob 5 times in 2 years about issues with glutened itemsin the to go meals that I ordered off the gluten free menu. I would call and let them know and wouldn't ask for a refund oranything. I felt bad because it damages the business and not the person messing up. Well, in the last few months it has gottenworse. I spoke to a very nice man about a month ago after my husband picked up a to go meal (mind you we always tip as well) andthe gluten free petite pork chops were missing apples and believe me - when there is no seasoning - a gluten free person has tohave the apples to eat plain pork. He was super nice & mailed a gift card. I did not want the gift card but appreciated thegesture. *Mind you, I have not used the gift card. I called in a to go meal tonight. Placed an order for one cheeseburger meal,one blue cheesburger meal, and one gluten free petite pork chops with sweet potato fries and house salad. I ordered off the ChopHouse gluten free menu, as usual. My husband picks up the order, pays for it and tips, as usual, as the lady reassured him theorder was gluten free. Look at the photos. There is fried breading on the pork chops, under the pork chops, on the fries, inthe fries, and there is even a few pieces of lettuce on the food. It was also soaking wet under neath the pork chops. I haveseen enough fried chicken tenders over the years ordering kids meals to know this was fried chicken tenders breading ALL in this"gluten free petite pork chops" box. I called and spoke to the lady manager at 6:08pm tonight. I explained to her how dangerousthis was and I would be hospitalized for days if I had consumed this. I explained the seriousn Read more
Celebrated with our new daughter in law and their sweet family who treated us to an amazing dinner prepared at The Chop House.... Everything was wonderful! Our servers were very attentive to our party of 20+! We had every appetizer. The prime rib wasperfect. Made great memories! Thank you to everyone who made our day special! Read more
Met friends here for dinner on a Saturday evening. We arrived on-time for our 6:30pm appointment. We waited an additional 20... minutes prior to being seated. Once seated, our server, Bailey, was on top of things. Never had to wait for a refill and sheregularly checked in with us. We placed our orders and the salads came out quickly. The salad was very good. The main coursetook a while to come out of the kitchen but management came to the table to apologize. Once the main finally arrived, it didn'tdisappoint. I ordered the prime rib and it was good. The potato was good as well. Overall, good experience and good value forthe price. I'll be a return customer. Read more
Our overall experience was delightful! The service was great, the food was great, and we loved signing along to the instrumental... music in the background. The steaks were the most tender we have ever come across. They cook them for like 12-16 hours and theyare ridiculously tender! All in all, a very good meal! Read more
We came here for dinner one night with my mother in law. We were visiting her. Our waiter was helpful and polite. Our food was... cooked perfectly. My steak was really good. We had two children at our table too. They enjoyed their meals and that the waiteraddressed them directly, rather than looking at an adult. We encourage them to order themselves so they know how to do it andget what they want. It’s a nice restaurant. I dressed up, but I don’t get to very often. Others in our party were dressedmore casually. None of us felt out of place or uncomfortable with what we chose to wear. We enjoyed the meal and will be backagain when we visit. Read more
Took 20 minutes to be seated with a reservation. They were very busy and maybe understaffed so it took a while to get our food.... Food was very good. All steaks were great, but one ordered medium came out well done. The manager took care of us and didn'tcharge us for it. Our server was very polite and courteous. Work group reservations wasn't ready. Waited over half and hour to get seated only too find they crammed the chairs next to each... other. More waiting and got reseated to better accomodations. Service was slower than normal but to be expected considering itholiday season. They food on the other was good, steak cooked properly, as ordered. All in all... I have have better food andservice at less expensive establishments. Read more
We had a Sweet 16 dinner for my granddaughter, friends & family. There were 17 of us which they accommodated and provided get... service. The food was delicious. I enjoy going to Chop House, one of my favs! Read more
