My wife and I eat at a Mexican restaurant in just about every city we visit. Needless to say, we've been to about 30 different... ones. To say this is one star would be to give them a star based on cleanliness and service. The other four stars simplycouldn't be given on the basis of how horrible the food is. The salsa is bland, the queso is bland, the rice is bland, the beefis terrible, the hard shell on my taco tasted like it was 46 days old, my wife's shrimp were chewy, and my daughters chickentenders tasted like fish sticks. Definitely would have gotten more quality food down the road where they serve Big Macs. Read more

We arrived at lunch. The salsa was delicious. I ordered Sweet tea. It was good. I also ordered the Quesadilla Rellena. The... Mexican rice had a slight taste but still bland (are all Mexican rice tasteless?). I've had better quacamole. It was a bitbitter like it had too much lime. The lettuce didn't taste good though. They put the refried beans in the quesadilla. It wasnew to me since refried beans have always been served on the exterior. The quesadilla or shredded chicken itself tasted watereddown so I had to put salsa in it for it to taste good. And I did not see cheese. It must have been cooked into the shreddedchicken. The sour cream had a slightly gritty texture to it. The service was slow. I had finished my sweet tea and been eatingfor the past 15 minutes and still did not get a refill. Will we be coming back? I don't think so! The salsa was the highlightof the meal. It was a pleasant experience though but this is not my place of choice for Mexican food. Read more
Service was good although it wasn't that busy. They had my favorite Mexican beer on tap, it's hard to find in this town even in... the bottle. The chips were salted perfectly, the salsa was quite good, and I ordered Huevos con chorizo. The food looked good,perhaps not as much as I had the other day on Alcoa Highway but it looked more appetizing. When I started eating the Huevos conchorizo, I noticed that I didn't taste it very much. I could taste the eggs, they seemed unsalted, but I could barely taste thechorizo and there wasn't a whole lot of it. The beans and rice were excellent. Read more
Joy is the sweetest and every attentive . makes you feel like part of the family we miss her but you guys accommodate us just... fine. We eat here once a month and never miss a great time. Great place to get together with friends and family. All the stafftreat us great and remember us when we come back and go out if the way to make us comfortable. We have anywhere from 6 to 20people that show up all at random points of the day and we all seem to eat at the same time however they do it keep up the goodwork ! We appreciate the staff!1 Thanks!
