If your going to only have the drive thru open then you got to be fast! It took 5 -10 minutes just to say "may I take your... order" to each person that pulled up to the speaker. Do people not know how to multi-task anymore. Line of cars. Justridiculous! Really deserves ZERO STARS. *edit* the girl was on the phone when I finally pulled to window. Went for a night snack. Ordered 2 soft taco Supremes and cheesy fiesta potatoes. The potatoes were nice and hot (just cooked... according to the staff). Unfortunately they didn't ask what taco sauce I wanted and none was placed in the bag. I also didn'treceived a fork or spoon for my potatoes. I guess I have to eat them with my fingers. Read more
The line was long and dining room closed. But the manager was working the window, he was working hard and asked if we wanted to... work there. Very good manager and had only two other employees working. Our order was correct and food very good. Thanks forthe hard work you are doing! Read more
I work at publix next door and live in powell I ordered the party pack half and half tonight and all of my crunchy tacos where... rancid and inedible I didn't notice this till I got home.. in powel so out of my order I can only eat half of it! If I couldgive them a zero rating, I would. I tried calling several times but they hang the phone up. Unbelievable! Read more
Patty along with everyone else who have taken my order have been wonderful! They didn't have their truck delivery yet today and... were out of many things. They are being very patient even when customers are not. I base my visits to any retail, lodging, gasetc. . by how they interact with the customers. They are a wonderful team and seem happy. The last time I visited a Taco Bell was about 5 years ago and it was the last time because of not so good service and tasteless... food. However, I stopped at this location and had such a pleasant experience with the staff and food that was hot and tastedmore fresh than in the past. We used the drivethru and the person taking our order was kind, polite and patient. She was ableto get everything correct for the order the first time. When I pulled up to the window I was greeted with a smile, checked outand another nice woman came and handed me my food. They both thanked me for my service. This visit to this location is thereason I will revisit again soon. Being treated kindly and feeling appreciated for my business is such a great asset! Read more
Huge taco bell fans. We order taco bell a lot! We live closer to the west town mall location, but I always make the drive here.... This location has always, in our books, been the best one. This last visit was far from the normal. Ordered steak quesadillacombo, received chicken. Dorito Loco taco was a tiny sad, half scoop of meat, the shell was broken making it hard to eat even ifit had enough filling to make it worth it. (First 2 pics) Loaded taco fries were about 10 fries with meat and nacho cheese. Nolettuce, no tomato, no spicy ranch. (4th pic) Didnt receive one item at all, a $3.99 chalupa. Cheesy gordita crunch had littlefilling, shell cracked into shards, no spicy ranch. Melted cheese only in one small section, with barely anything inside. (3rdpicture) I have ordered these same items countless times. Our order rarely changes, so I know the quality is not up to par, oreven close. I called the location multiple times to no answer. I was not informed if they were sold out of anything. With thelocation not answering, and the survey gives no option to put personal info to get a call back, I am leaving this here. $20wasted.
