I am not satisfied with this Taco Bell anymore. Not only do they hand you a sloppy bag with a poorly made burrito broken taco... and just what looks like would be in the bottom of their trash can at closing time. The staff that work evenings are rude and Iwatched them unnecessarily verbally abused a disabled woman tonight I will never go there again. Read more
Terrible experience, team members have too much time on their shifts. Drive thru is backed up, mean while at the ordering... counter standing their with company, talking and unproductive. Very slow to get orders out. I even ordered a mobile ordersitting in the restaurant, the manager (I think) made the food, and never called it out when it was done. I had to go and ask ifit was ready after 10mins. It was COLD and dry. I paid for EXTRA sauce and it was so dry. No tea in lobby. No sweet tea by9:30pm, Yet drive thru still open. Worst ever. I might just not return to this restaurant. Everyone has bad nights, but it justwasn't great for me and my family tonight. Read more
The majority of the time that I come here, they get my order wrong. I don't eat meat; so I chose the fiesta veggie burrito with... potatoes instead of beans. I paid extra for the potatoes and received a fiesta veggie burrito with no beans and no potatoes.Sometimes we have even gotten meat on our burritos when we have ordered vegetarian items. The people are nice, but the attentionto detail really needs some work please. Read more
The food was terrible. They practically had none of the featured items on the menu they said they are only preparing soft... tacos crunchy tacos and only one kind of chalupa. I asked If they were no longer selling these items and was told no they arejust not making the featured items because they didn't really want to prepare the ingredients nor did they have the knowledge onpreparation of the items because the training manager left to go take a nap in her car and told them not to make them becausethey were time consuming and it would save them on the clean up so they can leave faster . They put old dried out pieces ofbreaded chicken on my soft taco which wasn't order. They were so hard went I bit in to my taco I chopped a tooth. They had tobeen leftover from the lunch shift and I visited them and placed my order at 12:30 am 12 hours after the normal lunch hours.Just because they remodeled the Broadway location doesn't mean it's been improved if anything the food and service have went tohell. the cashier was rude. My soft taco wasn't even wrapped properly and when I picked it up out of the bag the hot contentsspilled into my lap. They need to hire a whole new set of employees an managers. Or just close completely. They shouldn't beserving food with the employees lack of knowledge. I was a huge fan of taco bell but I have changed since this experience. Don'teat at this taco bell until they have done a complete retraining of all employees because you will just be paying somethingthat's the equivalent of dumpster food. Read more
Ordered online to shave some minutes. Doesn?t matter. Lobby is locked at 1pm and the drive thru took a half hour to move up 2... cars. Hoping they honor their refund policy. Don?t expect your fast food to be fast here. Read more
For the love of all things burritos, can you PLEASE start wrapping your food with the right wrappers and in the right direction.... Every time I get home with my food I have to perform surgery on each burrito to disect which one is which. Otherwise, greatservice and good food. Read more
I came here just wanting something simple. Potato bowl and chips they told me they didn't have potatoes. That's was okay. And... then I ask for chips and cheese they said they didn't have the chips so I order two cheesy role ups and I go around to thewindow where I see a bunch of chips already premade ready to be eaten. That was strike one. I ask why I couldn't have the chipsI was looking at and they said it was for some stupid wrap or whatever they were talking about. How many of those you gonna sellin the next 3 hours huh? Strike two. And then when I get home I have two skimpy little tortillas with barely any cheese in them.Completely ruined my appetite Thanks guys ????????????
