During the day, you can expect fairly quick drive thru service that varies based on the day, however, at night, the amount of... staff as well as possibly scheduling issues has made the location experience extremely random severe issues in regards toservice time, and often times these issues will simply shut down the drive through. Ordered on the app. They locked the dining room area before 8:30pm so you couldn?t get in to pick up the mobile order. The car... line was wrapped around the building with 11-15 cars in the drive thru that weren?t even passed the speaker to place an order.The phone number is set to straight voicemail even currently the next day at 4pm. After waiting 20 minutes and the line nevermoved with left. Couldn?t cancel the order through the app and still can?t get my money back. We drove across town to westKnoxville and went through the drive through because the app wouldn?t allow you to place another order with one order still inprogress. We received our food from another location from 20 minutes away and the original order from this location was stillpending in the process of making over an hour later. This place is a joke. Read more
I always like coming here, especially as a DoorDasher. Usually they will have my order ready ahead of time, unless it?s after 11... pm, then they make each order fresh. Arnold (shift manager) is always a welcome sight, and great to talk to! Read more
Worst Taco Bell ever. They told me the other day they couldn?t make any tacos because they were out of meat. No joke. ???? I... have been there probably a dozen times since I live around the corner, and all except twice they said they are sorry but theyare ?closed for 10 minutes?. One time I said ?okay I?ll wait? just to see what they?d say and he said ?well it might be like 10or 20.? Needed cleaned. Was there half an hour before closing. The individual I was with made the order on the electronic order thing... (yes I'm "old school" have no idea what to do with it or call it and would rather have a human take my order). The order waspayed for but the food never prepared. After 15 min. went to enquire about it and they looked surprised. They never noticed theorder, to busy not working. Food was prepared correctly and staff was nice. Read more
This is the worst fast food place. I was trying to place my order at the window. When the man taking my order kept on saying... what's your drink mam, and than he thought he muted himself and said why do people do this at the drive through. So we left andwent to Wendy's and had much better service and they said things like please, and thank you, and stay safe, much better thantaco bell. Read more
This is THE dirtiest place I?ve ever seen!! The floors looked like they?d been mopped with dirt water. Table were sticky, soda... area was a mess, and their back area is a hazard. Corporate needs to come out here and straighten things out. Staff was veryfriendly Read more
Ordered breakfast on the app at 9am as a treat for myself on my birthday a couple weeks ago. When I showed up was the only car... in line. Waited at the window and was told the breakfast crunchwrap I ordered couldn't be made because they ran out of egg -after I had paid for extra egg. After some thinking I told them it was fine, and they asked me to wait on the other side of thebuilding. I did, and one worker came out and told me their coffee machine also wasn't working - so I couldn't get my coffeeeither. I asked if I could just get a refund and he said he couldn't do that, since he didn't know how. Nice to know I paid $10and received less than half of my order. Left disappointed, and leaving this review after several weeks since I requested atmultiple levels for someone to reach out for a refund, and no one has bothered to communicate. Read more
