Can?t say that place was dirty. What I was dissatisfied with is so many machines were out of order. And their selection isn?t... that big to begin with. Good to see toppings had couple of fresh fruit selection options. But it wouldn?t be my number onechoice to come back to. Too bad Knoxville has very limited options for fro-yo places. Read more
This used to be my favorite place for froyo in Knoxville, but it's gone down hill significantly. Before walking in, it's easy to... tell how dirty it is. The froyo pumps are sticky and gross. Barely any toppings, and not fresh. Syrup bottles are covered indried syrup. The tables are clearly dirty as is the floors. I'll be on the hunt for a new froyo shop. Read more
After having a great first Sweet Frog experience days before in SC, I was looking forward to another visit. This was so... disappointing. The yogurt and little toppings we had tasted fine. I brought my 8 year old son to this place for a special treat and it was absolutely ruined due to hateful workers that were... cussing in front of my kid and also left messes in the floor instead of sweeping it up. The floor was a disaster and when weleft, our shoes were sticky on the bottoms. This place is very dirty and this teenage brat of a girl was on her phone not paying attention and she offered to give me free... yogurt if, and I quote ? hurry up slow poke!? Also the chocolate ice cream was very nasty. Read more
Delicious <3 They have a good selection of flavors, with the option to swirl tasty pairs like strawberry and cheesecake or... orange and vanilla. The topping selection is also plentiful. Downside? little pricey ($8ish a cup), to-go cups with lids aren?tconsistently available, seating is limited on busy weekend nights, and the music isn?t always kid-friendly (i.e. ?Sex and Candy?was playing on our last visit). went in for a no weigh reward i got sent from sweet frog as i always get frozen yogurt from this place but the owner insisted... that it ?didn?t count? and we still had to weigh our cups. this seems to be a recurring issue where my rewards just ?don?tcount? with no explanation. used to be nice before it got bought out by the Indian restaurant next door.
