Sunspot is one of my favorite places to go in Knoxville. The food and vibes are great. My favorite spot to eat is on the roof on... a nice day. Would recommend the shrimp and grits for brunch with an appetizer of the fried green tomatoes. For lunch or dinner,get the BLGT with sweet tomato fries and honey mustard. You can?t go wrong! I don?t know how else to say thank you so I?m putting it in a review! Today I did an online order and completely selected the... wrong dish (that was non-vegan) and had no idea until I picked it up and opened it in my car. Even though I was in the wrong, Idecided I might as well give it a shot and call to see if sunspot would replace my order with the vegan order I meant to select.To my surprise, a wonderful lady (possibly the owner) answered and told me it would be no problem, 10 minutes and it was ready!She replaced my entree and even included the side salad NO charge!! That is clearly a wonderful owner who cares about happycustomers! Thank you thank you. Had a great time at dinner tonight. Logan was our server. He had a great attitude and was knowledgeable about the menu. The... atmosphere is really casual and had a really cool vibe. I can't believe I haven't ever been here before. They had loads ofvegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options. I went with the black bean burger and I have no regrets.
