Wow!!!!!! A fun vibrant atmosphere located on the UT campus! This plant based chili Mac was a grand slam! It far exceeded my... expectations in presentation and flavor! Sunspot is one of my favorite places to go in Knoxville. The food and vibes are great. My favorite spot to eat is on the roof on... a nice day. Would recommend the shrimp and grits for brunch with an appetizer of the fried green tomatoes. For lunch or dinner,get the BLGT with sweet tomato fries and honey mustard. You can?t go wrong!
