I work at UT so I visit this location a lot. Today I had a mobile order of a sandwich with deluxe meat added for $1.50 more.... When I received my sandwich I did not have deluxe meat. I called and spoke to someone who told me to bring it back, and shewould get started on a new one. When I went back down the lady with purple hair told me she made the sandwich and put extra meaton it and "she don't know what to tell me" I understand this location is busy but, I just wanted my extra chicken. Wasn't as good as the subway at home but open 24/7 in a hospital was a blessing. Thanks y'all
My favorite subway by far! Staff is amazing! They are so busy but that doesn?t seem to stop them! Way to go!
