One star is too many stars for this location. Never have enough staff. Always out of bread and cookies. When I asked why I was... informed the am person did not make any. Short staff is a everyday occurrence. I unfortunately visit this store every nightvery close to my residence. I am asking for punishment. Most of the staff they do have are awesome and do a wonderful job eventhough over worked. Management does not care. These problems have been going on for months The list goes on and on. Read more

I know that businesses are having a hard time finding staff right now, but my wife and I had dinner here and not only was the... place a TOTAL mess, but the guy behind the counter kept telling us how bad he hated working there, but was a new hire. Went backa few weeks later with a buddy from work and the place was a wreck once again with napkins and straw wrappers in the floor, sticky and dirty tables, and once again, employees who acted mad that we were there. If I were the franchise owner, I'd workthis location myself before I'd see it ran like it is right now. Probably won't be back. Read more

Dirty and dirty restrooms, no paper towel, soft drink machine out of order. Costumer service was decent. The one person that was... there wasn?t cleaning but on his phone the whole time we were there. Read more

I don't understand why Subway is the only place that pretty much won't take an expired coupon. You all print the same coupons... all the time but you won't take one that's a week expired when you know that you have the same exact coupon still out there. Read more

Not zero stars for it being clean and the meat and produce and whatnot all looked good. But I asked for a veggie patty, which... apparently they haven't carried in a while. Oops! No big deal, I'll get a roast beef. But I didn't appreciate being made tofeel like an idiot for not knowing that. We don't usually eat Subway (for health reasons, not dislike or anything), and when wedo the patty is not my usual choice (probably why they don't carry it anymore, haha). But the girl working tonight made sure topoint out how clueless I was. Fine. She probably didn't mean anything by it, sometimes people make mistakes. But had there beenanother customer in the place, I would've walked out. But we need dinner, so I move forward...and watch her put so muchmayonnaise on my sandwich I wanted to gag. Again, fine, I can scrape it off when I get home and replace the lost mustard with myown mustard. Glad I'm paying for this experience. She rings me up. I leave. I get to our gig (hence being in a bind to eatSubway and unable to go back :/ ). I go to remake my sandwich and find ONE slice of roast beef. Seriously?!?! Edit: when Icalled and asked about it, she told me that's what comes on a six in sandwich. I do believe she genuinely thinks that. Isuspect someone trained her very wrong or has taught employees to skimp on product. At any rate, one slice of meat on a sandwichis far below industry standard, even if you're trying to stretch dollars. Read more
