What did I get...??? I got NOTHING! To save time and money (BOGO50), I ordered "AHEAD" on the Subway app at 11:37 am, which is... peek lunchtime. I arrived to pickup my order at 11:53am and was told by the MANAGER (who was standing outside talking upon myarrival) that there was NO bread! WHAT...??? At LUNCHTIME, there is NO BREAD?!?!? The place was dirty. There was food pieces allover the floor, behind and in front of the counter. The hood to the deli fixings had been left wide open (no telling how manycritters helped themselves to a bite or two). There were boxes stacked EVERYWHERE (and I do mean EVERYWHERE), floor,countertops, by the register, etc...! So long for TRYING to save time and money! I guess I'll head down the street and hopefullyfind some decent lunch elsewhere. I believe I dodged a bullet with this one actually! I'd HATE to be this store's owner!!! Ifthis is "regular" business practices, they are losing their a**es with the management, cleanliness, customer satisfaction, andproduct availability! Stay Blessed My Friends :) And... They are the worst. The young lady in there told me they close at 8pm. I told her on the website it said 9pm. She said it was... wrong I was like ok, but I said it?s 7:45pm you guys are still open. Then she told me she is close and she is here by her selfand can?t make my sandwich she has to be off the clock by 9, but when came in the store she was hanging out with the store clerkhave a great conversation. My wife and daughter went in, said the staff was very nice and friendly, I tried the baja steak, pretty good
4/26/21 - This is a very compact Subway restaurant inside of the BP gas station. Scott was the only employee, and it was just... before the dinner rush and he had no help :( Scott stuffed my sandwich where it looked Exactly like the photos & it was amazing. If I ever pass through this area again on an empty stomach, I'll be sure to stop and say hi. He kept the place clean before Igot there and I waited until everyone left so he could take his time. I hope Subway is truly appreciating their staff forefforts like this. Read more
Last time hadI been to this location was a couple of years ago and Amazingly glad I went back The girl that made my sandwich... was very knowledgeable of how to fix one I normally have a tuna with provolone toasted No big deal Right well a person with alittle Sense should know that hot tuna it's not very agreeing she toasted the bread and provolone and then added the tuna andveggies like a Pro Read more
I?ve been going to this subway for over 2 years as I work right up the road. However, they turn over staff so often that you... can?t get someone who knows what they are actually doing, so I had stopped coming. Well, today I was feeling a sub. Walk in,again new faces. I look around, filthy! The glass and under the chips is covered in crumbs and oats. Not sure what happened, butlooks like a bread explosion and no one cared. She did make my sub correct, so gave 2 stars. Went to get a tea, out, unsweet,out. Guess I gotta get a soda. Just no care in the employees any longer. I miss the older lady that was the manager for ever whoknew everyone?s names and orders! Lesson learned, will not be coming back to this location. Read more
The ladies here are amazing and totally on top of it! I went in with a last minute large order during the lunch hour and they... were kind and accommodating (even though the line was backed up to the door).
