Placed a to-go order on the mobile app with the hope that my food would be ready when I got there. When I got there there was a... line almost out the door and there was nothing at the pickup station. There was only one person making sandwiches and he wasextremely slow. When I finally got to the front of the line, he said that the food wasn?t ready. I told him to cancel the orderat which point he disappears from view for like five minutes. He comes back out to let me know that a manager will have tocancel it. After another fifteen minutes the manager still hasn?t shown up. I asked for a copy of my receipt and left. Poorstaffing, poor management, and not especially great sandwiches. Not worth the trouble. Save yourself the headache and get yourfood somewhere else, anywhere else. Read more

Victoria was very friendly and even after having 7 people pile in at once, not once did she roll her eyes,sigh, or show any sign... of attitude! She was very apologetic for the wait even though she was moving like she had a second person helping her (which shedidnt)! The whole visit she was smiling and answering questions!! To the girl working by herself...I feel your frustrations. To the girl working by herself...I understand not being able to catch... a break. To the girl working by herself...I was trying to be helpful to you, but instead you gave me a negative attitude. To thegirl working by herself... hustling, I still tipped you and apologized. We all have our moments, it will always be a part oflife...it's not the customer's fault for lack of store help. Still be kind...and remember we have all been there. Read more

I?ve ordered from this location at least 20 times in the past. Recently ordered from the app to this location but the app messed... up but still charged my account. So I figured the order went through the app was just messing up. So I go to the store and theyhave no order from me there. Instead of trying to make it right and fix where it charged me, I was asked ?have we seen youbefore?. Very unprofessional. Especially when it charges you for food you don?t get. Read more

One of the employees there is just AWESOME! He's incredibly friendly and never seems to be having a bad day. Some of the... other's..I don't know yet well enough but I hope their work ethic improves. It's a catch 22 whether the food will be fresh ornot though. The raspberry cheesecake cookies are to die for! Read more

Been going to this location for couple years, just because I like subway sandwiches, but as far as the customer service goes,... this is one of the poorest store, always lack of employe during the lunch our. As you can see in the picture store manager isthe only on duty person during the lunch hour. Read more
