They're great! Wonderful employees, and the food is fine. It's subway. The employees are always fast, professional and... courteous. I wish I'd gotten the last lady's name. They need to hire more help. There was only 1 person working and I stood in line about 30 mins just to order 1 sub. Ridiculous
I?ve ordered from this location twice now. And both times, I have bad to go BACK to the restaurant and have them remake the... sandwich. The girl who made my sandwich this time said she didn?t add the guacamole, mozzarella, or bacon onto the Cali freshsteak because it was not on the ingredient list to make. It wasn?t on there because it comes standard on the sandwich. It?s noteven available to select to add. It?s frustrating to order for delivery and having to come and bring back the food. Placed an for pickup and they gave me the wrong order. I totally should have checked, but didn?t. I called to let them know... about the mistake on my way to go have the order corrected - no answer. When I got there they apologized and said they got busy.They had my order behind the counter and offered to make it fresh if I wanted. I said it was okay and took the order home tofind they served me a half eaten sandwich. They served me food someone else drove off with and ate. Pretty sure this is a codeviolation. They denied serving me something someone else ate, but look at the picture! Can you see the bite marks? Theyscrambled to make me a new order, but I was not interested. I asked for a refund, but they told me they needed a manager toapprove it and they needed to have them call me the following day. No phone call. I called the restaurant to check, but AGAIN noanswer. The guy behind the counter was super friendly. Not very busy so no wait and a good subway sandwich.
My fiancé went in to order me a sandwich. Just one sandwich. He stood and waited for almost half an hour before his order was... taken. The employee was only making mobile orders sandwiches and was ignoring him standing there waiting to order.
