My pick up order at 530 pm was ordered on white bread. They gave us Italian herb bread. They told me they couldn't replace it... with the new Baggett. I asked for a refund and tried to order a new sandwich. They refused, told me I had an attitude and Icould leave. I just got kicked out of Subway when I asked them to fix a mistake on an order. I would have given this location less then one star but it wouldn?t allow it. The female staff in there with half green half... purple hair was very rude to me, my husband son and daughter. She didn?t cancel our order as soon as she knew she didn?t haveproduct to make it, and she told us to leave the store with out allowing us to talk to her supervisor stating she was anassistant manager and we needed to leave the store. She would not substitute anything and made it to where we could not eatdinner tonight. Read more

Roaches. Two were on the floor and a baby was crawling around on the glass above the food. This was at 9/22/2022 at 8:30 PM. If... roaches are crawling around while it?s bright, people walking in and out, that?s a major infestation. Definitely needs fixedasap. Health board will be notified as well. Read more

The person was terrible, super rude and non co operative. We had placed order through app and the person just denied to check... saying online orders do not work. He also denied to take orders in person. My kids were super hungry and while we werediscussing about order, he threatened to call cops and denied yo take our order just because we were talking. We had to leavewith hungry kids looking for other options. Ridiculous. Read more

Left the cheese off my sandwich that I ordered through the mobile app. Attempted to call several times with no answer. Came into... an empty store and an employee that didn't believe that he left she's off my sandwich. Bro, why are you even checking at thatpoint? Why would I go all the way home and then come back and waste my own time? Was rude about remaking my sub. There'sliterally 3 others within the same distance. I'll just go to one of those. Read more

Ordered online, sandwiches came from this shop. Second time I ordered from here and both times my sandwiches came not toasted.... Sandwiches are well out together but irritated that I have to keep manually toasting at home. Recommend dine in here instead ofonline ordering. Read more

I've been to this location 3 times and have been treated terribly. The person making my sandwich throws all the ingredient... together without trying, does barely a job of separating requested toppings, and refuses to speak to me at all aside fromaggressively asking what I want with a sickened facial expression. I figured it was just a bad day the first and second time Istopped by, but now on my third time I'm having to sit outside and wait until their opened because they said "we're closed rightnow", at 1pm in the afternoon on a weekday while sitting at an outside table with every other employee there. I've enjoyedsubway for a long time and want to continue eating here, I'm just genuinely confused why this is happening regularly. Read more
