Ordered an online order, well before they closed. Turned up, and found out they were closee before "closing hours". Called store... to see what was wrong. Call was answered and then hung up...don't come here..please..worst Subway service ever.. Read more
I had a large group and the lady was very rude assuming we were upset and said we could ?go somewhere else? but we had said... nothing negative and did not indicate at all that we were upset. She proceeded to make rude comments meanwhile making a fool ofherself to not only my group but also the group in front of us where they also commented about her being rude. I even expressedthat we were not upset at all and she raised her voice at least a few levels and said she was the only one there when I said Iunderstand that but we were not upset and understood it would take awhile to get our food which was totally fine. She thenbarked at us asking what bread we wanted when I told her we would be leaving due to her negative attitude. She then held up herhands and sternly said ?enough?. Read more
Waited for about 10 minutes for the worker to come back from a bathroom break. Okay, that?s fine. Then she comes back with a... major attitude, slamming stuff, mumbling under her breath about how she can?t get anything done. Refused to go get more Mayoeven though her bottle was empty and continued to bang it numerous times trying to get maybe half a line out of it for eachsandwich. Zero hygiene practice. Place was filthy. Trash cans over flowing. Hardly any bread. Gnats everywhere around the sodamachine. Lids, straws, napkins all empty out front but she had bags and boxes of them piled behind the register. As soon as wegot our food she then goes outside for another 15-20 minutes. People coming in and out, Walmart associates yelling for her,people getting fed up and walking out because she took so long. Then comes in after everyone gave up trying to get food, shecomes back in and sits with her ?boyfriend? at the table and continued to sit and talk for another 20 minutes. You can?tcomplain about everything being messed up when you flat out refuse to do your job. DO NOT ORDER CATERING FROM HERE. What a joke. My catering order never arrived. Once it was 1 hour and 15 minutes past delivery... and no one answered the phone over the course of 45 minutes when I was trying to get ahold of them, I cancelled. To make itworse, I placed this order a week ago and got an additional confirmation email the day before the catering was due. Read more
Worst subway in Knoxville The workers don?t even bother to put on gloves or masks, even after I saw one touching his hair he... didn?t even bother to put on gloves until I told him and the lady with the red hair had her mask down started coughing anddidn?t even pull it up and got angry because I ask for a new sub. The place is always dirty and closes early because they areunderstaffed. They have the worst people working there it?s a waste of labor. They also make you wait incredibly long becausethey aren?t even trained well. Read more
Just ended up leaving a few minutes ago instead of getting food. I asked for a clean knife because I have severe food... allergies.. instead of just getting a clean knife real quick the guy kept saying "the knifes that touch bread don't touchcheese"......... but I've been in Subway a thousand times and every single store reuses the same 2 knifes for every sandwichthey make, unless you request a new one specifically....... and I'm not trying to have my airways close because someone is beinglazy Read more
As far as Subways go, this has got to be one of the best experiences I've ever had. In general, a vegetarian subway sandwich is... reasonably basic and while my sandwich was one of the best subway sandwiches I've had, my comments are more focused on thecustomer service. There appeared to be one person at the store and she managed everything extremely well. I saw a variety ofpersons come in with unique needs (thick accents, people with kids, etc) and in every case the very professional attendantlistened, ensured that the customer's needs were taken care of and was extremely pleasant while doing so. Subway is fortunateto have an employee like this. She is definitely an example of great customer service. I would come here again. Read more
