Went to the location on Shaad Road were Maddy and Cody took care of me. As I watched them assist the guest before me I noticed... they both took their time and really made each order look astonishing. I was absolutely amazed at how well put together eachorder was including mine. I have never been to a location Where they take so much pride in what they do but Maddie and Codydefinitely exceeded that. I have been here a few times with no issues really other than that they take awhile to make subs because they are not trained by... management well. So understandable. But last night I went to pick up subs for my family. I got 4 subs and two cookies. Laterthat evening I started to feel sick from my mexicali sub. I received food poisoning i am so sick.i don't know if I will everreturn to this subway or a subway in general not for awhile anyway. Also why is subway getting so expensive. $40 for 4 subs? Ican go and have a nice sit down dinner at outback for $40 and I know I am not going to get sick. Read more

Quality of food was great. However, the person helping me and serving me was very unfriendly and almost what I would call rude.... Lily is the worst person I have ever dealt with at this location every time I come here. So much so I have to go to a different... location. She?s so rude and I?ve even heard her call me vulgar names under her breathe at one point. Probably won?t be thereagain unless this place decides to fire her. Read more
