Manager here is great. He is a very nice and attentive employee. However, I did a mobile order around 8pm on a Sunday evening. I... made sure they didn?t close before then. When I arrived, my order was hanging on the door with the store closed. I appreciatethe effort, but I would have liked a call from the store informing me the store is closing instead of having my food on thedoor. Well I emailed them to let them fix the problem and they failed to do so, so I ordered two sandwiches and two bags of chips. One... sandwich was rock hard and the other had the incorrect ingredients and too top it off I received zero bags of chips. After Iemailed them the regional manager replied and pretty much said ?we are sorry you had a bad experience I will relay the messageand hopefully it?ll be better next time?. Zero offer to replace or refund the items I didn?t receive. Definitely do notrecommend this place just go down the street to firehouse. Read more
I was going to ask for my money back, but I believe this review is well deserved. I live nearby, all of my neighbors have... boycotted this restaurant because of the lack of getting the order correct. I now will also never order from them. This placeused to be packed out the door, now you are always the only customer in the store. Such a shame. Read more
waited 30+ minutes to order 3 sandwiches. on top of that, the 2 girls working were extremely rude and unprofessional. the bread... was stale, prep area looked like a it hadn?t been cleaned in days, and my ?heated? sandwich was cold after being left to sit for10 minutes while the helped other guests. i have tried to call corporate and the store itself with no reply. icing on the cakewas the couching all over the food. The guy here was extremely friendly and even adopted techniques that helps the customer, even though Subway doesn't allow it. He... got a $5 tip from me for doing an excellent job. The guacamole dries out on top after sitting for too long, this employeedoesn't allow that to happen by keeping it in it's bag and just cutting a corner of it open to use whenever it's needed. So. Apparently they can't make sandwiches at the subway on emory. I tried order online so it would be easier on them take my... large order. Can't place the order. So I go in. Turns out the employee has turned the online orders OFF because she's byherself?? So I say ok I need six sandwiches. Oh, I can't do that. Excuse me?? What exactly are you there for then?
