I guess this Subway just opens up when it wants to. The sign on the door says OPEN at 9:00 a.m. I have been there the last 3... Saturdays at 9:00, 9:10 and today at 9:15 a.m. Once again the door was locked again ???? and the store is not open. I go to this location very often. The food is always good.
Staff is polite. Super slow. They have a food shortage, but when you pay online you have to get a refund. No substitutions.... Unreal and you cannot even get a refund through the app. I guess you have to call. Poor customer service. Seems to be the normfor subway. Firehouse it is moving forward and I have to drive and extra 10 minutes to go there, but we?ll worth it. Yourcustomers keep you in business so you make it easy for them and not yourself!! Read more
This location does not advertise hours of operation correctly across any platform - Google, UBER Eats, Doordarsh, and not even... its own website. It allows orders to be placed and money paid (they must ACCEPT am order from sites like Doordash) to turnaround and close earlier than the advertised hours of operation. Avoid this location - at least until management figures out howto run a business. Read more
The customer service of the individual was terrible, he mixed up our sandwiches. Don't know what his name was, there was not one... on his name tag. Very meh aura, don't want to go to a food restaurant with bad customer service. I don't expect a smile oranything but greeting would've been nice not trotting in like "I don't care nor do I wanna deal with these two women walking inhere." Why should I come back to deal with poor customer service when I can take my money else where and get better service anda greeting like they want me to be there spending my money. Read more
This was an unexpected lunch stop while running errands in the same shopping center. Running short on my work lunch hour I was... concerned they wouldn't have me out fast enough since there was a four person deep line. This lady rocked it and was hustling itall by herself. She moved us through the line quickly, got the orders right, sometimes working on two separate orders at onceand rang it up. Okay now for the food. It was delish as it usually is from this chain. The restaurant was clean and orderly. Imade it back to work with a little bit of time to spare. Fresh healthy food fast. A perfect work day lunch. Keep it up the goodwork Subway! Read more
